Specialist Equipment Catalogue
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All eligible Child Care Services are able to borrow from Equipment and Resources, where a
need is identified by a Therapist, Inclusion Support Facilitator or child care service staff.
Specialist equipment requires a written recommendation by a Therapist.
Borrowers must fill in an Equipment Request form and sign a Conditions of Loan Contract
which covers all loans. The loan period will depend on the need/s of the child/service and
the type of equipment provided.
All items borrowed must be used under adult supervision. Please note items received may
not be the ones shown in the images, however they will operate in the same manner as
the requested equipment.
For posture related equipment a therapist must adjust the equipment to the child, to be
repeated 12 monthly maximum or as the need arises.
Inclusive Directions will organise and pay for delivery services related to these resources
within South Australia.
Specialist equipment may be borrowed by making an online request via the online
database, email us or phone (08) 8165 2900, or by speaking directly to the Inclusion
Support Facilitator supporting the child care service.
A charge for cleaning may apply where equipment is returned to us in an unsatisfactory
condition.
