DVN/DVNI The DVN model has impellers with backward-curved blades and standard motors out of the air stream. The motor is suspended on effective vibration dampers, casing is manufactured from seawater resistant aluminium and the base frame is powder-coated galvanised steel. The three-phase motor are D/Y connected and fully speed-controllable. For 120°C, continuous operation. The DVNI version has a 50 mm mineral wool insulation for lower sound level. RE The TFSR and TFSK models are fitted with a centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades and external rotor motors. The fans are manufactured in powder-coated, galvanized sheet steel and are delivered in the standard colours of black or brick red. The TFSR range is supplied with a switch and cable for fast connection to the mains via the connection box on the roof curb TOB or TOS. The TFSK range is supplied with a switch and cable, easy connected to our standard roof curbs TG, FDS and SSD. TOV The TOE/TOV models have impellers with backward-curved blades and external rotor motors. The casing is manufactured in black powder-coated galvanized sheet steel. These fans have motors which can be tilted outwards to facilitate inspection and servicing. The motor is suspended on efficient vibration dampers. Exhaust air is directed vertically from the fans, which prevents problems caused by wet snow and staining of the roof. DVV REU S2S REE 6 The octagonal casing is manufactured from seawater resistant aluminium. The base frame consists of galvanised steel. All the K-fans have minimum 25 mm long spigot connections. The fans have backward-curved blades and external rotor motors (EC). The FK mounting clamp facilitates easy installation and removal, and prevents the transfer of vibration to the duct. The fans are delivered with a pre-wired potentiometer(0-10V) that allows you to easily find the desired working point. The DVC/DVCI roof fans are driven by EC-external rotor motors. The input voltage for single phase units can vary between 200 and 277V, for three phase units between 380 and 480V. All motors are suitable for 50Hz and 60Hz. Motor protection is integrated in the electronics of the motor, no additional external motor protection device is needed. Two potentiometers in the electronics allow for 2 set values (day/night), one additional contact for an external setting. Casing from seawater-resistant aluminum, base frame powder coated. Size 225-315 have backward curved impellers manufactured from polyamide PA 6, size 355400 from aluminium. The DVCI has 50 mm mineral wool insulation for low noise level. DVC-P for constant pressure systems. ASK ASS FTG TDA VKS KVKE-EC VKM MUB-EC FGV The KVKE motor and impeller are mounted on the access cover for ease of maintenance. The service cover can be easily removed by withdrawing the hinge pin. To protect the motor from overheating, the fans have integral thermal contacts with automatic reset. The fans can be installed in any position and are easy to connect to spiral ducts using FK mounting clamps. The KVKE models are manufactured from galvanised sheet steel and are thermally and acoustically insulated with a 50 mm layer of rockwool with a surface liner which prevents the migration of fibres into the airstream. The fans are delivered with a pre-wired potentiometer(0-10V) that allows you to easily find the desired working point. The Multiboxes MUB-EC are driven by EC-external rotor motors. With EC-fan motors and a new regulation system the energy use is optimized to be able to meet the new regulations on energy management. To ensure optimal operation, the rotating heat exchanger, supply and extract air filter, supply and extract fans, all temperature sensors and the re-heater are monitored. DCV(/B) units are designed for installation on wall, in laundry rooms, utility rooms or similar. With the white painted door and side panels the unit can easily be installed to blend in with the surroundings. Large inspection doors simplifies inspection and service. The VR 400 DCV/B has a by-pass function which allows the unit to be connected to a kitchen hood. The polluted air from the hood is led directly to the extract fan without coming in contact with the rotating heat exchanger. The DC-units are designed for mounting horizontal on the wall. VX-EV/E The VX range is a complete air handling unit suitable for ventilating homes, offices and smaller areas in commercial buildings. The cross flow heat exchanger are mostly used when there is a strong need to minimize the mixing of supply and extract air. The unit has an automatic defrost function of the cross flow heat exchanger. The EV model is suitable for wall mounting and the E model for lying on the side. The E model can also be mounted in cold areas due to the 50 mm of casing insulation. The unit is very easy to operate with the external control panel. Max air flow 550 m3/h. 12 VR 300 ECV/B Topvex TR/TX The VR 300 ECV/B is a very compact unit for ventilation of homes and primarily developed for wall mounted installation but can be installed horizontally e.g. in a false ceiling. The unit is double skinned, fully insulated, equipped EC-fan motors for supply/extract air, rotating heat exchanger, filters and thermostat operated re-heater battery. VR 300 ECV/B is equipped with large inspection hatches on both sides and is by that means reversible for optimal and simple duct connections. Max air flow 180 m3/h. Topvex FR Topvex FR. (Available February 2010) Topvex FR03-11 is a series of efficient ventilation units designed for offices, shops, schools, daycares centre or similar premises. The units can be installed flat on the floor or suspended in a false ceiling.The units are especially designed to meet the coming energy requirements and have therefore a very low energy use and high efficiency rotating heat exchangers. To simplify the installation and commissioning, the units are included with control system and pre-configured. The unique design with double rotating heat exchangers makes the unit very flat.
