Quotations are invited by the Member secretary Management Committee,
Pondicherry of Government ITI for Women for the supply of the following
materials so as to reach this office on or before 05.12.2012. The quotation should
be sent in SEALED COVER subscribed as quotation for E-PUBLISHING
TRADE MATERIALS THROUGH IMC OF GOVT., ITI (W), PONDICHERRY.

TERMS & CONDITION
1.
Quotation should be furnished only in respect of items, which are available in
stock and can be supplied immediately.
2.
Validity of quotation period up To SIX Months from the date of this letter.
3.
The rate should be For PONDICHERRY / DESTINATION. Sale Tax changes if
extra should be stated separately .C.T.S.AT4% should be changed with “D”
form.
4.
Packing & Forwarding charges/Transport charges, if any should be mentioned
separately.
5.
No Insurance charges will be payable by the committee. It is the responsibility
of the supplier to insure all goods against risk. Hence, the rates quoted should
inclusive of such charges.
6.
Goods received, if damaged condition/out of specification shall be rejected, and
should be replaced at supplier cost.
7.
No. Compensation of any loss, damages incurred during transit shall be paid.
8.
Standard, I.S.I Equipments with specification with catalogue/brand to be
quoted.
9.
Quotation should be offered correct to the description and specification
indicated against each item or type or make should be quoted.
10.
Payment will be made by demand draft within 30 days of receipt of the bills in
triplicate following the receipt goods/ Stores in good condition. PAYMENT
THROUGH BANK OR ADVANCE PAYMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
11.
Supply is to be effected and should be completed within 30 days from the date
of the receipt of supply order.
12.
Works & Procurement Committee of IMC of Government ITI for Women shall
reserve the right to reject the quotation in whole or part without assigning
reason.
