ROOMS
Ballroom
The West ballroom is our largest room, featuring
spacious hardwood floors, a large stage, concessions area, and access to the bar. With amazing
sound and lighting options available, this space
is optimal for a public or private party, concert,
corporate event, wedding, dance, or other event.
Four heater/air conditioner units are located in
the rafters to regulate air temperature.
Bar
A large bar area is located on the 2nd floor with a view
of the West ballroom below. Available to rent by itself
or in a package, the bar features leather couches and a
beautiful black bar. We can arrange bartenders, alcohol,
and permits for your event for an additional charge.
Lounge
This enclosed space has a private entrance on the East
side of the building and is located on the 2nd floor.
Perfect for an intimate birthday party, dinner, or added to a larger package. The room is equipped with a
small sound system that is used frequently for karaoke
nights.

LOGISTICS
Alcohol
Staffing and alcohol may be provided through the venue
at an additional charge: $15/ hour per bartender with a
minimum of 4 hours. Proper identification is required for
the sale, purchase and consumption of alcohol products.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person
without identification or who appear to be intoxicated.
Security
Infinity Event Center may require a security staff for
events in which size, program and/or nature of the
program indicate such needs. The charge is $20 per hour
per security guard for the hours booked. Security fees will
be billed through Infinity Event Center.
Food & Catering
Infinity can offer water, energy drinks, soda, and
specialty waters for an additional fee. We do not
provide catering services and do not have preferred
caterers. Clients may bring in any services that will
best meet their needs. The client must arrange for the
caterer to meet with infinity at least one week prior
to the event in order to establish logistics.
Staff
One staff member will be on duty during the event
to open the building and provide information and
direction as needed. The Staff member will not be
available to serve or decorate and will not be involved
in the event unless a Full Service Contract is selected.

INFORMATION
Parking/Transportation
A 400 stall parking lot is available on the Southwest
corner of Main Street and 600 South. Parking is
free between 5pm and 3am. Between 3am and 5pm
parking is $5 per vehicle for an all-day pass. Infinity
Event Center is also located near the Trax line, off
the Courthouse stop (500 South).
Deliveries
All deliveries must be pre-arranged and may not be
received more than 4 days prior to the event. When
shipping materials please include the group name
and your own namt. Please address the package as
follows: Infinity Event Center: 26 East 600 South,
Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Any amount of packages
above five may be charged a $5.00 per package fee.
Valet Service
Infinity Event Center will arrange a third party valet
service to be available during your event, if desired.
Nearby Hotels
Located in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City, we
are surround by beautiful hotels that make your
event easily accessible to out-of-town guests.
Internet
Internet access is included in all room rentals.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside Infinity Event Center.
Infinity Event Center will provide adequate smoking
containers for use outdoors as needed.

Audio/Sound
Our in house vendor, Euphoric Beats exclusively provides an
excellent sounds system that comes equipped with top of the line
base equipment:
• Eight JBLVRX 932 Mini Line Array Speakers
• Six EV QRX 218 Sub Speakers
• Two DBX Drive Rack PA Processors
• Two Crown Itech 6000 Amp Racks
Upgrades to the sounds system are available upon request for
an additional fee and must be scheduled at the time of contract
signing. Should an outside vendor be used, an additional fee may
be assessed.
Lighting
Lighting is provided by Showgear Partners. Additional lighting
services can be added to the set up for an additional charge and be
decided at the time of contract signing.
Visual
Infinity has a selection of visual services: two 2K lumen projectors
and two projector screens: 27.5’ X 12’ that can be positioned anywhere in the venue. The client may provide additional equipment.
Any outside equipment needs to be discussed at contract signing.
Stage
A 12’ x 24’ adjustable height stage is included in the rental of the
West Ballroom. The size can be expanded with advance notice and
an additional charge, must be determined upon contract signing.
Signage
All signage must be professional in design
and approved by Infinity Event Center.
Please contact the front office if you plan
to secure any signage to the walls. A $25
fee will be applied per sign.

Decorations
Infinity Event Center does not provide decorations. The client may
coordinate a third party decorator, that will abide by all regulations
set forth by Infinity Event Center.

PAYMENT
Deposits
Cancellation Policy
A $500 security deposit is required 90 days prior to
the date of your event in order to hold the date. At 45
days prior to the event the remaining security deposit
is due.
No refunds will be made when the event is
canceled by Infinity Event Center due to the Clients
noncompliance with terms and conditions. If the
client desires to terminate agreement, client must
provide Infinity Event Center with a dated, written
request for cancellation. The following terms/ fees
will apply:
• 72 Hours after signing the contract a $100
administration fee is deducted.
• 90 days prior to the event; one quarter (25%) of
the initial deposit is nonrefundable.
• 60 days prior to the event; one half (50%), or the
initial deposit is nonrefundable.
• 30 days prior to the event; the full (100%) deposit
is nonrefundable.
Payment/Billing
Final payment must be completed 5 days prior to the
event. Commission based payments will be settled at
the end of the event. We accept all major credit cards,
cash, or checks if made payable to Infinity Event
Center. Contact our office for additional payment or

Impossibility Allowance
Sub Contracts
Infinity Event Center reserves the right to terminate
this contract if management decides there has been
a misjudgment or misrepresentation of the group’s
intentions, or if the groups intentions appear to be
controversial, destructive to the building, or for any
other reasons that may cause the performance of this
agreement to be illegal or impossible to provide.
All sub-contracted companies (as in: musicians,
performers, decorators, photographers, caterers)
must abide by ALL the policies and regulations set
forth by Infinity Event Center. This includes, but is
not limited to, leaving the premises neat, clean, and
in an orderly condition. The client is liable for any
charges caused by sub-contracted parties.
