and justified left. Leave one blank line and
then type Author’s Name (in Natural Order,

University (in 12pt Times New Roman),
Address (in 12pt Times New Roman), Country
(in 12pt Times New Roman). Then you must
type your e-mail address and your web site
address, as appropriate (both in 12pt Times
New Roman).
The heading of each section should be
printed in capital letters, 14pt Times New
Roman, bold, and left justified, as above. You
must use numbers 1, 2, 3, … for numbering the
sections, and not Latin numbering (I, II, III,
…). All text is justified left and right, except
for mathematical equations and formulas.
