Initial Contact Request Form
• Please complete this form and submit it to the following mailbox:
NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com. The subject of the email should be the
Project Name, concurrent with what is written in the initial contact information request.
• Once this has been submitted you will receive an email shortly after with an
assigned CAISO project number.

• After receiving the assigned CAISO project
number you will receive an email requesting
you to complete a Project Details
template. Please fill this out with all known
project information and submit to the mailbox:
NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com.
The subject of this email and all other project
related email should now always contain both
the CAISO Project Number and Project
Name.
• Please also resubmit the initial resource
package containing the Issued for
Construction drawings and interconnection
studies. This email should be sent to the
NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com
and the subject of the email must contain the
CAISO Project Number and Project Name.

FNM Database Submission RIG Requirements
Timing parameters for the FNM process. They are
derived from the FNM External Cutoff date, they are in
business days.

Metering – Roles & Responsibilities
Resource Owner will:
– Own the CAISO Metering Facilities
– Maintain the CAISO Metering Facilities
– Ensure the accuracy of the meter data
– Submit the original prints and CAISO Metering Certification Form to
CAISO for review and approval
– Contract a CAISO Authorized Inspector to verify Metering Facilities
and submit Site Verification Forms to CAISO
