Page 5 Step-by-Step: Implementation Spreadsheet Step 2: Review and Execute the various steps outline within the Implementation Spreadsheet. Key Areas: • Metering • Telemetry • Agreements • Various Submission/Notification Page 6 Initial Contact Request Form • Please complete this form and submit it to the following mailbox: NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com. The subject of the email should be the Project Name, concurrent with what is written in the initial contact information request. • Once this has been submitted you will receive an email shortly after with an assigned CAISO project number. Page 7 Project Details for CAISO • After receiving the assigned CAISO project number you will receive an email requesting you to complete a Project Details template. Please fill this out with all known project information and submit to the mailbox: NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com. The subject of this email and all other project related email should now always contain both the CAISO Project Number and Project Name. • Please also resubmit the initial resource package containing the Issued for Construction drawings and interconnection studies. This email should be sent to the NewResourceImplementation@caiso.com and the subject of the email must contain the CAISO Project Number and Project Name. Page 8 Step-by-Step: Communications Step 3: Establish Communications • Order a ECN circuit from AT&T (Requires physical resource facility address) • Install a CAISO Telecommunications Circuit and required equipment • Obtain a CAISO IP addresses from AT&T 5B days prior to FNM External Cut-off date. Page 9 FNM Database Submission RIG Requirements Timing parameters for the FNM process. They are derived from the FNM External Cutoff date, they are in business days. (-15B) Single-line diagrams that show connection from resource to grid and initial revenue metering package. (-5B) Email to RIG Engineer both ECN IP address range and the communication block diagram. (-1B) Fully collaborated, completed and approved database by resource owner and CAISO RIG Engineering.
