DATE: October 8 – 10, 2015

REGISTRATION: Registration will begin at 7:00 am on Thursday morn ing in the Pre-function area and will be available each morning of the conference. An administrative fee of $50.00 is withheld from all refunds. No refunds will be made after the course has begun.

Accreditation: This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 20.00 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credit by the

Physician Assistant Review Panel. Physician assistants should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity.

This program was planned in accordance with AAPA’s CME Standards for Live Programs and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.

WORKSHOPS: Workshops will be offered as an alternative to the main lecture hall and often run concurrently with lectures on a first-come, first-served basis. The workshops are limited to 30 registrants each.

6:30 pm start Open to the first 50 people who register for the Fall Conference and RSVP for the dinner. The dinner and lecture will take place in the Victoria Room of the resort. This event is generously supported by Gilead Sciences.

Lecture : Diagnosis and Management of stable ischemic heart disease | Presented by: Cindy Hartsfield, PharmD

Workshop: 1-hour Immunization Implementation

4:30 – 5:30 pm The lecture will be presented as a game consisting of approximately 30 questions including key concepts and updates to the ACIP guidelines in Pneumococcal, TDap, Zoster and Influenza immunizations. The workshop will be based on implementation science and will review strategies for optimizing adult immunization rates and the completion of an ‘action plan’ handout. The workshop is free but please mark your registration form if you plan to attend.

6:30 am start Another successful fun run/walk is scheduled to take place at 6:30 am . Please meet in the registration area at 6:15 am .

This is a free event. Walking as always is fine. Just bring running/walking shoes, shorts, and your great attitude.
