understaff situation in non-profit making voluntary sector)
using relevant sociological theories of work and occupation
To create an action plan in which students themselves can

Direct / Indirect Service
Details of Service Content:
All on-site services will be provided on either on Saturdays from
10am to 12noon (2 to 3 students, female students is preferred),
or on Sundays from 3pm to 5pm (6 to 7 students, no gender
preference). Students are expected to:
1. promote activities to kindergarten students, aged 5-8 and
primary students, aged 7-12 (i.e., Grasshopper Scouts and
Cub Scouts) in 43rd Shatin East Group;
2. assist Scout Leaders to organize activities; and
3. design and organize activities (such as training workshops
and interest classes) to Scouts.
