Boxer 5V sealed outdoor cabinet with an internal 5-RU relay rack for housing equipment such
as Ethernet switches, multiplexers, radio equipment, SmartGrid equipment, fiber terminating
equipment, media converters, and xDSL boxes,
etc.
The Boxer 5V cabinet is a secure, weather-tight, fully-tested,
empty enclosure that includes both an interior relay rack
and a stainless steel internal mesh back plate to provide
universal mounting options for a wide variety of electronic
equipment and networking solutions. This compact rugged
Boxer 5V cabinet is well suited for the transportation, utility, security, telecom and government markets which often
require a weather-tight enclosure for above-ground outdoor
applications.
To ensure that the cabinet will withstand harsh climatic conditions such as rain, snow, sleet, high winds, ice and sand
storms, the Boxer 5V cabinet is constructed of aluminum and covered with a powder-coated paint that exceeds NEMA 4
outdoor cabinet requirements. Mounting options for the Boxer 5V outdoor cabinet includes wall and H-frame mounting, or
mounting on a round pole, on a square pedestal or on a post. Bottom cable access knock-outs, a door alarm switch, numerous ground posts, and a full-size padlockable door provide security, easy cable entry, and versatility in this streamlined
outdoor cabinet.
