Understand the basic principles of electrical circuits including some of the software tools of Electrical Engineers (LTSpice and MATLAB). 2. Develop the skills to study engineering material from course lectures, textbooks, and example problems. Learn how to study and understand engineering material. 3. Learn how to compose and present solutions to engineering problems in a concise yet understandable fashion including the use of diagrams, notation, equations, and units. 4. Develop problem solving skills, not just an ability to put numbers into equations.
