V Gear Pump
The “V” Gear Pump is a positive displacement pump which features new
elements in terms of its technology of fabrication and design.
We proudly consider that the “V” Gear Pump represents the ultimate
design in its class, based on the original elements we have designed,
developed, and implemented.
yy Tight tolerances allow greater vacuum abilities for light liquids
yy The “V” design gears are self-aligning (self-centering)
yy Zero clearance between shafts and gears means that vibration and
noise are substantially reduced
yy The axial force produced by angled gears is practically eliminated meaning the end
plates are protected against premature wearing
yy The symmetrical “V” gear design allows continuous flow with less turbulence.
Cavitation is not present at normal angular speeds
yy Floating seals installed at each end of the gears
yy The preliminary dynamic seals protec the main dynamic seals by stopping the heavy
particles coming from the media to the inner lips of the main dynamic seals
yy With their elastic elements attached they keep the “V” gears balanced by maintaining a
gap between gears and end plates even at low angular speeds
yy All the above mentioned features contribute to much higher flows, greater efficiencies,
increased suction, decreased fuel consumption and longer pump life
