AGENCY APPROVALS

Custom units with flashing halogen, incandescent or strobe light
sources are available on request.
Designed to maximize the viewing surface while minimizing the
mounting footprint, each lens incorporates a projection ring to

SPECIFICATIONS
The Edwards 100SB Series also features a PVC coated base that
allows for greater corrosion resistance and durability than plastic or

hub on the bottom of the unit. The Pathfinder is conduit mounted.
Available in five lens colors: red, amber, blue, green, and clear.

The Edwards AdaptaLight Stackable Beacon is a unique audible-
> Seven gasketed modules:

visual signaling device which can contain up to 5 light modules and
a pulsating horn in a single “stack.” It is for heavy duty use in
locations where visibility over longer distances is required. All
modules are gasketed. The base of the AdaptaLight Stackable
Beacon contains a pulsating horn rated at 85dB at 10 feet. The horn
can be operated as a sixth independent signal or in conjunction with
any one of the light modules.
The steady-on modules provide a constant visual signal. They are

stacked together utilizing an internal retaining assembly. Two tone
modules are available. A single tone module and a tone selectable
tone module - one tone selectable from eight available tones.

The Edwards 105 Series are heavy duty beacons designed for use
in industrial applications where a corrosion resistant Type 4X
enclosure is required. The housing is manufactured from glassreinforced thermoplastic polyester resin and incorporates brass
hardware. The double fresnel lens is made of polycarbonate.
All light sources are supplied as UL listed component assemblies –
ready to be attached to the selected mounting base.
The Edwards 105DHISTC-FJ high intensity strobe is designed for
use in compatible fire alarm system and other applications requiring
electrical supervision of signaling circuit field wiring.
All units can be mounted on 3/4" (19mm) NPT conduit using the
105PM attachment. The units can also be surface or wall mounted
using the 105BX and 105BM attachments respectively. For indoor
applications, may be vertically mounted with lenses facing up or
down. For weatherproof installation, it is recommended that the unit
be mounted with the lens facing up or with the lens horizontal.

The Chameleon is designed to function as either a steady or
flashing visual signal. It is designed such that any or all three lights

can be activated by a PLC or contact closure. The first light
activated will illuminate either steady or flashing (set by an internal
jumper). If a second light is activated, the Chameleon cycles
between the two colors. A third activation causes the Chameleon to
cycle between all three colors: red, amber, and green or red, amber,
and blue. One additional lens module and light source – strobe,
halogen, incandescent or LED – can be added for a fourth signal.
The 108-DN Series Multi-Status Indicator utilizes the same
DeviceNet interface as the 102 Series Triliptical Stacklight. It has
been tested by ODVA's authorized independent test lab and
complies with ODVA conformance test and software.
The 108I Series features a multi-tone base module that allows the
installer to select one of the following eight available tone options:
stutter beep, continuous, 3 pulse horn, rapid siren, hi/lo, fast whoop,
yeow and beep. The selected tone can be operated as an additional
signal or used in conjunction with any of the visual signals. The
signal is rated at 85 dB at 5 feet (1.63m). The 108-DN features the

The Edwards 112 Series hazardous location AdaptaBeacon
fluorescent lights are designed for installation in Division 2
environments. Two twin tube compact fluorescent lamps (not
included) provide exceptional light output as well as energy
efficiency and long life. Glass globes are internally fluted to provide
complete dome volume "fill" and even light distribution. Globe
exteriors are smooth to allow for easy cleaning. The units are UL
AGENCY APPROVALS

> CSA C22.2 No. 137
> NEMA Type 3R Rated
Listed for Type 3R installations. Models are available for pendant,
wall and ceiling mounting.
Designed for hazardous location installation on 3/4" (19mm)
conduit.

treatment plans, water and filtration plants, and chemical plants.

FEATURES
The Edwards AdaptatBeacon Industrial Worklight is a high intensity
industrial lantern made from high impact poycarbonate with a
heavy-duty aluminum and wooden handle. The wooden handle is
long enough to allow easy use even while wearing heavy work
gloves.
The unit features a mounting stand that articulates 180° to allow the
light's beam to be horizontally or vertically directed in 22 1/2°

FEATURES
The Edwards 97DC-GW AdaptaBeacon Heavy Duty strobe light is
designed for use where more frequent and longer lasting signaling
cycles may be required. A series of complementing fresnels cause
the dome to "fill" with light each time the strobe flashes. Beam
distance is also increased with external fresnel lenses. The 97DCGW's trigger and timing circuits are included as integral parts of the
power supply. Replacement costs are reduced as it is necessary to
replace only the strobe tube.
Designed for indoor or outdoor installations where high ambient light
levels make traditional rotating or flashing lights difficult to
distinguish. May be direct or 3/4" (19mm) conduit mounted on any
plane. For gasketed weatherproof installations unit must be
mounted vertically with dome up.

The Edwards 99B Series vehicular AdaptaBeacon warning light is a
compact strobe unit that produces one million peak candlepower. A
series of complementing fresnels that cause the dome to "fill" with
light each time the strobe flashes. This design feature increases the
AdaptaBeacon "on-time", thus improving viewer perception. Beam
distance is also increased with external fresnel lenses.
Each compact unit features a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens
> Magnetic or velcro mounting
that snaps onto a high impact polycarbonate/ABS base. The strobe
is easily serviced with the use of a single flat-blade screwdriver.
> Xenon-flash tube
The 99B series' trigger and timing circuits are included as integral
parts of the power supply. Replacement costs are reduced as it is
necessary to replace only the strobe tube. Magnetic base allows
temporary mounting to dash or vehicle roof.

The Edwards Mounting Brackets for walls or corners simply the
installation of Edwards AdaptaBeacons. They may be used for
mounting beacons that have either a 3/4" (19 mm) or 1/2" (12 mm)
conduit opening. Backplates are made of stainless steel and
bracket arms are cold rolled steel.
The Corner Mount Bracket, Cat. No. CBR, can be used with surface
installed 1/2" (12 mm) or 3/4" (19 mm) conduit mounting.
The Wall Mount Bracket, Cat. No. WBR, can be used with either
surface installed 1/2" (12 mm) or 3/4" (19 mm) conduit or concealed
wiring. The Wall Mount Bracket mounts to a 4" (102 mm) square or
4" (102 mm) octagon electrical box or a 4" (102 mm) outdoor box.
