The vendor will pay to the auctioneer: (a) $5.50 (including GST) per lot, handling and lotting charge (b) 2.2% (including GST) of the total estimated value of the property to cover insurance (c) 16.5% (including GST) Commission on the price realised at Auction 2. The vendor will receive a copy of the sale catalogue together with a statement of his/her lots. Vendor's property is covered by insurance for loss or damage while under the control of the auctioneer. 8. The vendor warrants that they have authority to enter into this agreement and that the material being submitted is his/her unencumbered property. 9. This agreement may be terminated by 60 days notice in writing. 10. The reserve price will be 60% of the estimate unless otherwise agreed to. 11. Prospective purchasers are permitted to inspect the material being offered for Auction under the supervision of Edlins' staff. 12. The property will be advertised at the auctioneer's discretion. 13. The buyers of all lots in the auction pay a 19.25% (including GST) charge. Note: This charge is a standard charge made by most auction houses and is paid by the purchaser not the seller. 14. Vendor’s material must total more than $500 in value in order to be accepted for auction.
