Notice to Installer for 4095P:
1. For attachment over a SINGLE GANG SWITCH BOX.
2. Allow 12" of free space below or next to the luminaire for relamping and installation of the
opal glass cylinder.
3. Wall mount only.
4095P installation:
1. Undo screw on the bottom of the stainless steel tube and remove the lower tube section
and glass cylinder.
2. Take the stainless steel mounting plated provided and install the (2) long M4 flathead
screws in the outer two holes in the mounting plate using (2) lockwashers and (2) M4 hex
nuts. Route the wiring cable through the wireway of the plate. The (2) M4 screws should be
in position to face away from the wall.
3. Make supply wiring and luminaire wiring connections inside the single gang switch box.
MAIN VOLTAGE SUPPLY WIRE TO BLACK LUMINAIRE WIRE
NEUTRAL (COMMON) SUPPLY WIRE TO WHITE LUMINAIRE WIRE
GREEN GROUND WIRE TO GREEN LUMINAIRE WIRE
4. Place a small bead of silicone around the back side of the plate where it will make contact
with the finished surface and mount the mounting plate directly to the single gang switch
box using (2) screws.
5. Remove the lampholder bracket for access to the luminaire mounting holes if needed. Align
the luminaire mounting holes with the two screws from the installed mounting plate. Attach
the luminaire to the mounting plate using (2) lockwashers and (2) M4 hex nuts. Replace
lampholder bracket.
6. Insert lamp(s).
7. Replace glass and stainless steel tube section.
8. Make sure gasket is seated properly.
9. Secure luminaire by tightening the (1) screw on the bottom.

Undo screw and remove tube section and glass.
Replace lamp. Clean luminaire and lens using
solvent-free cleansers. Replace gasket as needed
and reassemble.
