Wall Mount Template
PicoTM wireless control
Please Read Before Installing

The Pico wireless control can be mounted to a wall in three ways.
Choose the appropriate template and installation procedure listed
below for your application.
A—No Wallplate Template
B—Single Gang Template
C—Multiple Gang Template

Single Gang Template
1. C
arefully cut out the template below along the
dashed line and temporarily attach it to the wall at
the desired mounting location.
2. M
ark and drill the 3/16 in (5 mm) screw hole
locations indicated within the Wall Mount Plate and
Wallplate Adapter on the template.
4. Loosely mount the Wall Mount Plate to the wall with
the Mounting Screws. Check to make sure the Wall
Mount Plate is level. Once the Wall Mount Plate is
level, tighten the screws.
5. Slide the Pico control down onto the Wall Mount Plate.

emove template and insert one Screw Anchor into
each of the holes drilled in step 2, making sure they
are flush with the wall.
1. Carefully cut out the template below along the dashed line and temporarily attach it to the wall at the desired mounting location.
6. Mount the Wallplate Adapter with the mounting
screws provided with the Pico control and snap the
Wallplate onto the Wallplate Adapter. DO NOT use
the screws that came with the Wallplate Adapter.
2. Mark and drill the 3/16 in (5 mm) screw hole locations indicated
within the Wall Mount Plate on the template.
3. Remove template and insert one Screw Anchor into each of the
holes drilled in step 2, making sure they are flush with the wall.
4. Loosely mount the Wall Mount Plate to the wall with the Mounting
Screws. Check to make sure the Wall Mount Plate is level. Once the
Wall Mount Plate is level, tighten the screws.
5. Slide the Pico control down onto the Wall Mount Plate.

Multiple Gang Template
1. Carefully cut out the template below along the dashed line that
represents the appropriate multiple gang application. Cut along
the solid line to provide clearance for any existing controls.
Temporarily attach the template to the wall at the desired
mounting location.
2. Mark and drill only the 3/16 in (5 mm) screw hole locations,
indicated within the Wall Mount Plate(s) and Wallplate Adapter
on the template, that will have a Pico control installed.
3. Remove the template and insert one Screw Anchor into each of
the holes drilled in step 2, making sure they are flush with the wall.

4. Loosely mount the Wall Mount Plate to the wall with the
Mounting Screws. Check to make sure the Wall Mount Plate is
level. Once the Wall Mount Plate is level, tighten the screws.
5. Slide the Pico control down onto the Wall Mount Plate.

6. Mount the Wallplate Adapter with the mounting screws provided
with the Pico control and snap the Wallplate onto the Wallplate
Adapter. DO NOT use the screws that came with the Wallplate
Adapter with openings where a Pico control will be installed.
