Return Procedure
All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# please use this fax form and provide all information
as required above. An RA.# will be faxed or mailed to you within 48 hours with detailed instructions on shipping address and method, special packaging
or markings etc.
Validity
All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of the RA#. Do NOT return products without a RA.#. No claims will be
accepted and no credit issued. Do NOT return products other than those listed above. We will not be able to process a credit and they will not
be sent back.
Products Purchased in Error by Customer
These can be returned for full credit within 30 days from date of shipping. No returns will be accepted after this period. A minimum restocking charge of
15.0% may be applied for products purchased in error. Credit will be issued only on products returned in their original unmarked packaging and in
resalable condition. Special order products and/or non-stock items purchased in error will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products Shipped in Error
These can be returned for full credit within 5 business days from the date of receiving (date on the signed POD) without restocking fees. No returns
will be accepted after this period. Credit will be issued only on products returned in their original unmarked packaging and in resalable condition.
Faulty and Defective Products
Non- Returnable Products – Exclusion from RMA’s
The following manufacturers do not accept faulty and defective product returns from distributors but only from the direct user. Please contact the
manufacturer directly:

All other faulty and defective product claims will be processed through Interad as follows: Product must be returned for credit within 90 calendar days
from the shipping date and/or within the terms of the Manufacturer’s original warranty. All products returned as defective may be tested for performance. If
products will be found to be not defective a credit will not be processed and the products will not be sent back. Please note that our warranty and return policy
do not cover the following conditions:
• Failure of product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling or neglect.
• Failure of product resulting from improperly adjusted or maintained equipment.
• Incorrect storage as outlined by the Manufacturer's warranty.
• Products that have reached the end of their duty cycle through normal and ordinary use.

Return Procedure
*All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.#). To obtain an RMA.# please contact our
Customer Service (csr@interadwes.com / 1-800-361-7820), and fill-in the form “REQUEST TO RETURN PRODUCTS”.
Provide clear reference to the original invoice or shipping note number, product description, quantity, reason for return.
*An RMA document with a valid RMA.# will be faxed or e-mailed to you within 48 hours with detailed instructions on shipping address,
shipping method and special packaging or markings requirements.
*No returns of products will be accepted on special orders (non-stock items) unless the products are deemed defective.
*Once all or some of the goods on any RMA document have been received by our warehouse, the original RMA.# becomes void and
any subsequent returns will require a new RMA document with a new RMA.#.
RMA Validity
*All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of the RMA.#.
*Do NOT return products without a RMA.#. We cannot process a credit and the products will not be sent back.
*Do NOT return products that are not listed on the RMA.#. We cannot process a credit and they will not be sent back.
Products Purchased in Error by Customer
*Requests for an RMA to return these products for credit must be submitted within 30 days from date of shipping.
No RMA will be issued after this period. A minimum restocking charge of 15.0% may be applied for products purchased in error.
*Credits will be issued only on products returned in their original unmarked packaging and in resalable condition, and all products must
be shipped “freight prepaid” by the customer.
*Special-order products and/or non-stock items purchased in error will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products Shipped in Error & Short Shipments
*Products shipped in error must be reported and returned for a full credit within 5 business days from the date of receiving (date on the
signed POD) without restocking fees. No returns for products shipped in error will be accepted after the 5-day period.
*Credit notes will be issued only on products returned in their original unmarked packaging and in resalable condition.
*Shortages must be reported within 5 business days from the date of receiving (date on the signed POD). Shortages will be verified
against the warehouse records and immediate spot-counts, after which a credit note will be issued or further details may be requested.
Products Damaged In-Transit
*Claims for goods damaged in transit and/or shortages must be reported in writing within 5 business days from the date of receiving
(signed POD) without restocking fees.
*The POD must show a “Damaged Goods” notation acknowledged by the driver. Be specific as possible as this helps to expedite the
RMA process. Products on shipments with POD signed as “Received in good order” cannot be claimed as damaged in transit.
Faulty and Defective Products
*Claims for faulty and defective products of the following brands will be handled directly by the manufacturers according to their own
standard warranty procedures: *Okidata 1-800-654-3282 *Fuji 1-800-461-0416 *Xerox-Tektronix 1-800-835-6100
*Claims for faulty and defective products of any other brand will be processed by Interad on behalf of the Original OEM Manufacturer as
follows:
(a) Product must be returned for credit within 90 calendar days from the shipping date and/or within the terms of the OEM Manufacturer
original warranty. (b) All products returned as defective may be tested for performance. (c) If products will be found to be not defective a
credit will not be processed and the products will not be sent back.
Warranty Limitations
*Our warranty is limited to the extent of respective Manufacturer’s warranty.
*No Warranty can be extended to products that have reached the end of their life cycle through normal and ordinary use.
Verbal Representation
Any verbal representation by company personnel deemed or intended to modify any of the above terms and conditions, is deemed to
be null and void. All prices, price quotes, price validity, product availability, delivery terms and delivery promises not supported by a
written document or a by valid transmission records are deemed to be null and void.
