Returns
To return an item you should either call (on 0161 655 5640) or email (at
rma@riscogroup.co.uk) our service centre team with the details of which
products you wish to return. They will provide you with a return for material
authorisation (RMA) number and also send you a returns label and covering
letter, confirming how to return the goods and what goods you are returning.
This applies to both 30 day no quibble returns, WEEE or faulty goods returns.
Please make a record of the RMA number for any future correspondence
regarding the return. RISCO will not accept goods without a valid RMA
number. Any goods received by RISCO without a valid RMA number may be
returned to the customer at their expense.
30 Day No Quibble Return
Under our 30 day no quibble policy you can return all unwanted goods without
penalty, within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused, in a saleable
condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts. You
should include your invoice and attach the supplied RMA return address label to
the outer packaging.
Certain items are excluded from the policy, these include goods that are
unique to you or personalised; for example your bell box and detectors with
your logos printed on them.
Depending on the circumstances, we also offer a carrier pick up service, this
will incur a charge of £12.50. For more information call our service centre

Faulty Goods
If you wish to return a faulty item, please ensure you attach the individual
product 'Nature of return' adhesive label, complete with a brief description of
the issue, to each product you are returning. If you have not got a 'Nature of
return' label, please either affix a note to each faulty item, detailing the
nature of the fault and the RMA number or contact the service centre who
will arrange for some to be sent to you. Where possible you should include a
copy of the purchase invoice.
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
We provide a business to business (B2B) WEEE take back scheme using our
existing returns (RMA) infrastructure. We will take back on a “one for one”
basis, similar products that you have replaced in non domestic environments.
The products being returned do not have to be of RISCO Group manufacture.

Our charge for your B2B WEEE will be at a fixed rate of £27.00 per 25kg parcel
with an additional charge of £0.75 per kg for any additional WEEE collected at
the same time. This charge includes collection from your premises.
Alternatively, pre-approved WEEE can be dropped off at our trade counters, or
returned to us using your own transport at a charge of £0.54 per kg. Our
unique producer registration number is WEE/HF0053TQ.
Delivery
Standard delivery times:
For orders (for items we have in stock) placed before 5pm our standard
delivery service usually takes 1 working day* for the majority of the country.
This time may vary for some postcodes, details of these postcodes are
available on request.
* Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm excluding
weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery schedules are estimates only and will depend on carrier used.
Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of
the goods.
Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations.
Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that
delivery may incur additional charges. For non-mainland please contact our
telesales department on 0161 655 5500.
Goods damages in transits
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact
our service centre team by telephone on 0161 655 5640 or by email at
rma@riscogroup.co.uk. You must report damaged goods within 5 working
days* of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY
RIGHTS.
Cancellations
A cancellation can be made up to the point of dispatch via phone to 0161 655
5640.

Refunds
Refunds for the return of goods and cancellation of orders will be made within
10 working days of receipt of the goods in a satisfactory and acceptable
condition, and in the instances of faulty items, the items being within warranty.
Refunds of any delivery or postage costs will not be made unless you are
returning something due to an error on our part or because it's damaged or
defective. We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been
inspected.
