What is EMF ?
Electromagnetic field, a property of space caused by
the motion of an electric charge. A stationary charge
will produce only an electric field in the surrounding
space. If the charge is moving, a magnetic field is also
produced. An electric field can be produced also by a
changing magnetic field. The mutual interaction of
electric and magnetic fields produces an
electromagnetic field, which is considered as having its
own existence in space.

The field can be viewed as the combination of an electric field and a magnetic field. The electric field is produced by stationary charges, and the magnetic field by moving

Fiber-optic lines have revolutionized long-distance
phone calls, cable TV and the Internet which is the
the technology of transmitting data, voice, and
images by the passage of light through thin,
transparent fibres. In telecom fibre optic
technology has virtually replaced cupper wire in
long distance telephone lines, and it is used to link
computer within local area networks. It provide
high bandwidth connectivity for electronic delivery
of services to citizens. They are also used in
medical imaging and mechanical engineering
The light in a fiber-optic cable travels through the core (hallway) by constantly bouncing from the cladding (mirror-lined walls), a principle called total internal
reflection. Because the cladding does not absorb any light from the core, the light wave can travel great distances.
Open cable laying is conducted by trenching which is the cable laying method in which an above ground trench is excavated In places were horizontal directional
trenching is not possible due to various circumstances, manual trenching is done due to which all the optical fiber cables are laid even in the remotest of places.
We have specialised expert team to execute allied works such as laying of cables and ducts by open trenching, blowing and splicing, etc., of Optic Fibre Cables.
Analysis shows that between 60% and 80% of the capital costs of a fibre project are due to civil work, ducts and cables. In other words, the cost of digging holes
and filling them in again.

Mobile Tower Installation
Important safety requirements:
1. All people are to remain clear of the tower during hoisting.
2. It is critical to raise and lower the tower very slowly.
3. Side guy wire tension must be continuously monitored.
4. Gin pole guy tension should also be monitored
5. Remain in contact with members of the lifting team during the entire Process.
We follow The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and rules made there under hereby directed to follow the following guidelines strictly at the time of
installation of the mobile towers like:The Base Station Antennas should be at least 3 m away from the nearby building and antennas should not directly face the building
Installation of Base Station Antennas within the premises of schools and hospitals may be avoided because children and patients are more susceptible to Electro
Magnetic Field.
In case of multiple transmitter sites at a specific locality sharing of a common tower infrastructure, should be explored, as far as possible, which can be
coordinated through a nodal agency.
Access to Base Station Antenna sites should be prohibited for general public by suitable means such as wire fencing, locking of the door to the roof etc.

RF Surveys
 Suitable candidate selection from RF point of view based on Nominal Plan released by RF planning
team 3 feasible RF candidates are selected within prescribed Search ring.
 GPS Coordinates, altitude, height of building are measured, height of tower/pole is decided based on
RF data.
 Suitable shelter & DG location is marked.e) Obstacles if any are noted within 360 degree vicinity of
the site.
 Pictures of the surrounding Clutter are taken from 0 to 360 degrees.
 RF survey reports are prepared & submitted to the customer.

 GPS Coordinates, altitude, height of building are measured, height of microwave antenna is
decided based on Tx data.
 Obstacles if any, are noted within the LOS to the other end site
 Transmission survey reports are submitted to the customer.

 Intra cell, Inter cell handovers are checked & made, sector swaps/cable swaps are taken care of
during Drive Test.
 Checking whether Frequency hopping is implemented as per the RF Planning data.
 Co-Channel & Adjacent Interference is noted down.
 GPRS Drive Test is done which includes establishing FTTP sessions and all.
 Post Drive Test Analysis is done.
 KPI Analysis is done. CSSR, HOSSR, CCR, DCR etc.
 Optimization of network in terms of cell parameters and at physical Level too, like height
reduction,change of antenna tilts etc.
