Course Objectives:
This course is designed to provide participants with training on the current standards of the National Electric Code. Classroom discussion will focus on changes in the latest updated NC Standard, but also include introduction and requirements for the following: circuits and feeders, voltage, wattage, and resistance calculations, grounding and lighting arresters, conduit, raceways and multi outlet assemblies. Practical wiring examples will be demonstrated with further discussions on fuses, circuit breakers, boxes, switches, fixtures and cabling requirements.
