GREENHOUSE MASTER CONTROLLER
The Autopilot Greenhouse Master Controller (GMC) is designed to precisely control
temperature, humidity and CO2 in the growing area.
The GMC’s enclosure features four separate power outlets used to connect external devices
such as fans, CO2 injectors, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers. Each external device easily
connects to the unit creating a simple and user friendly platform.
The GMC’s fan-powered remote combination probe features a highly accurate dual beam
CO2 sensor. The remote sensor can be placed up to 15 feet from the controller and has been
designed to resist EMI / EFI from electronic ballasts.
Each unit has been pre-programmed with factory recommended settings for quick plug and
play operation. Autopilot controllers offer grow room guidance.

DIGITAL CO2 CONTROLLER – FUZZY LOGIC
Autopilot's simple to use highly accurate digital CO2 controller has arrived. Autopilot's digital CO2
controller measures the carbon dioxide level in the grow room and automatically turns on and off
the CO2 device to accurately keep the carbon dioxide PPM at the desired level. The Autopilot digital
CO2 controller can be selected to operate in Fuzzy Logic mode or standard logic mode (for use with
generators). Fuzzy Logic mode will calculate the overshoot and undershoot of CO2 injection within
the room. When used in Fuzzy Logic mode, the built-in microprocessor will apply the calculations
to the injection schedule which eliminates the guess work and maintains CO2 levels efficiently.
Standard logic CO2 controllers will not make these calculations and will continue to inject more
and more CO2 into the room until the controller reaches its set-point. Standard CO2 injection
methods do not allow enough time for the carbon dioxide to mix with the air. Standard logic CO2
controllers may be fine when using a CO2 generator which costs very little to operate, but can be
costly and inefficient when using bottled CO2 tanks.

The Autopilot Master Digital Timer (MDT) controls lighting and recycling functions in
your grow area. The MDT has dual timer functions, a 24-hour time clock for lighting and a
recycling timer for pumps or CO2 injection. The MDT has four outlets. One controls a pump
or other recycling device; two are for “daytime” devices such as lights and light movers; and
one is for a “night” device, which would turn on at night.
The MDT features a “high temperature shutdown” function that detects unsafe high
temperatures in the grow room and turns off the HID lights in the event of a ventilation
failure. The MDT also features “hot start” protection to ensure proper lamp cooling before
attempting to re-fire. The precise cycle timer can be programmed anywhere between 1
second and 96 hours.
