Moog Defence Components Continue to Make Advances in Europe Moog slip ring manufacturing in Europe continues to make advances in the defence market space. The new design will be very compact compared to traditional slip ring solutions. The customer chose Moog based on past teaming experiences and Moog’s experience of electro-optical systems. Ethernet and High Definition Video Slip Rings Moog’s Ethernet slip ring solutions were developed to provide reliable products for the transfer of Ethernet protocol through a rotating interface. Innovative designs meet the challenge of matching impedance, controlling crosstalk and managing losses. Such reliable and repeatable performance assures accurate position sensing for flight control actuation, fuel controls, cockpit controls, nose wheel steering and missile fin actuation, all under the most extreme operating conditions. Moog Animatics SmartMotorsTM Extremely precise positioning of an apparatus is a common challenge in many industries.
