Towards implementing the proposed new kelvin definition – challenging the
status quo of the defined scales
Themed workshop on primary thermometry methods – aim to stimulate discussion at
possible approaches to primary thermometry that could challenge defined scales as
viable dissemination routes. Short presentations focused on particular temperature
ranges by participants followed by discussion. All participants are invited to
contribute their views, through submitted (or impromptu) presentations, on (practical)
primary thermometry and the impact of the future kelvin redefinition.
