2016 Membership Plans (Effective July 1, 2016)
1. Membership Monthly Dues:
a. Individual Membership – Ages 40 – 79— [$240.00/month* ($2880 per year)]
i. No charge for children/grandchildren under the age of 14
ii. All children/grandchildren age 14 until reaching age 22 – $25/month
b. Individual Membership – Ages 80+— [$210.00/month* ($2520 per year)]
i. No charge for children/grandchildren under the age of 14
ii. All children/grandchildren age 14 until reaching age 22 – $25/month
c. Family Membership – Ages 40 – 79— [$350.00/month* ($4200 per year)]
i. Spouse and children/grandchildren under the age of 22 may be included.
d. Family Membership – Ages 80+— [$320.00/month* ($3840 per year)]
i. Spouse and children/grandchildren under the age of 22 may be included.
e. Junior Membership – Ages 19 to 29—[$145/month*] (Spouse additional $110/month)
f. Junior Executive Membership (Spouse additional $110/month)
i. Ages 30-34—[$170/month*]:[Ages 35-37--$190/month*]:Ages 38-39—[$210/month*]
g. High School Memberships – Ages 14 thru 18—$700 per year (payable in 2 $350 installments)
h. High School Membership with Parent Add On Membership
i. Parent of High School Member (Fees in addition to the annual $700 High School Member fee)
a) Year One--$100 per month*
b) Year Two--$150 per month*
c) Year Three—Parent must convert to regular membership ($240 + $40 with $25
per month for child under age 22 for a total of $3660* per year or resign)
i. Non-Resident Membership-(based upon monthly dues for members age group)
ii. Must provide proof of residency of another state via Tax returns or Driver’s License
iii. Must live out of state for more than 6 months per year
iv. Residence must be more than 200 miles from Winters Run Golf Club
v. Membership is for 6 consecutive months determined by the non-resident member.
vi. Costs
a) Monthly cost for 6 months of play equals 8 x monthly dues rate for age group/6.
b) Capital Improvement fee $40 for 12 months
2. Cart Plan (Optional) —$85/month for individual and $140.00/month for family
3. Range Plan (Optional) —$100 for $150 worth of range balls.
4. Additional Fees/Minimums/Rates:
b. Mandatory fees*
i. *Capital Improvement Fee —$40/month for all except single high school members
ii. *Food Minimum---$180 every six months from July 1 to December 31, and January 1 to
June 30 each year. (Does not apply to Parent Add on and high school members)
c. A la carte rates
i. Range Balls- $1 warm-up bags, $2 and $4 baskets
ii. Carts – $18 -18-hole Golf Car Rental; $9 – 9-hole Golf Car Rental; $5 Rental Walking Cart
iii. Handicap--Adults--$30/year Juniors--$15/year
iv. Club and walking cart storage - $185/year Club storage only - $100/year
a) Walking cart storage only - $120/year
v. Weekday guest fee - $45 (carts included on Mondays for guests)
vi. Weekend guest fee - $55 (carts included after 1 PM on weekends for guests)
