outer casing corrosion when installed in a potentially moist or humid
environment.
Factory installed Hydrojet® Total Performance System—Cold water inlet
sediment reducing device helps prevent sediment build up in tank. This
increases first hour delivery, while minimizing temperature build up at top of
tank.
Vitraglas® Lining—Bradford White tanks are lined with an exclusively
engineered enamel formula that provides superior tank protection from the
highly corrosive effects of hot water. This formula (Vitraglas®) is fused to the
steel surface by firing at a temperature of over 1600°F (871°C).
Direct Heat Transfer With Immersed Elements—Transfers heat directly
and efficiently to the water. Screw-in style.
Fully Automatic Controls—Fast acting surface-mount thermostats for
automatic temperature control. Factory installed sensitive manual reset energy
cut-off for safety to prevent overheating.
Non-Simultaneous and Simultaneous Operation Available— NonSimultaneous operation (standard) indicates one element at a time is
operating. Simultaneous operation indicates both elements (if equipped)
may operate at the same time.
Single Phase or Three Phase Operation Available—277V may only be
wired for single phase operation.
Protective Magnesium Anode Rod—Provides added protection against
corrosion for long trouble-free service.
1" (25mm) Non-CFC Foam Insulation—Covers the sides and top of the
tank, reducing the amount of heat loss. This results in less energy
consumption, improved operation efficiencies and jacket rigidity.
Water Connections—3⁄4" (19mm) NPT factory installed true dielectric fittings
extend water heater life and eases installation.
Steel Tank—Heavy gauge steel automatically formed, rolled and welded to
assure a continuous seam for glass lining.
T&P Relief Valve Included—Side T&P is standard. Optional top T&P
location is available.
Low Restriction Brass Drain Valve—Durable tamper proof design.

available up to 6000 watts non-simultaneous and 12,000 watts simultaneous. For single element models change suffix letter “D” to “S”. Suffix letter “S”
indicates screw type element. 4500 watt/240 volt elements require a 30 amp breaker.
