Information Note for the Contracting Party – set out as per Art. 185 Legis. Dec. No. 209 of 7.9.2005
and in conformity with the provisions of ISVAP circular 35 of 26 May 2010
This ‘Information Note’ has the aim of supplying the contracting party (the legal person or entity signing the insurance
contract) with all the necessary information before concluding the contract (insurance contract), in accordance with
the provisions of Art. 185, Legis. Dec. 209 of 7.9.2005. This note has been written in Italy in Italian, except for the
right of the contracting party to ask for it to be written in another language.

2) Information relating to the contract
Legislation applicable to the contract
Italian legislation is applicable to the contract; however, the parties have the right to choose a different
legislation before the signature of the contract. The company has chosen Italian legislation. However, the
application of the binding regulations of Italian law remains.
Time limitation of rights arising from the contract
In accordance with Art. 2952 of the Italian Civil Code “the rights of the Insured (person in whose interest the
contract has been signed) arising from the contract are prescribed in one year from the day on which the fact on
which the right is based occurred.”
Complaints concerning the contract
Any complaints concerning the contractual relationship or the management of claims must be forwarded in
writing to the company:

If the person making the complaint is not satisfied by the result or if there is no answer within the maximum
term of forty-five (45) days, he can refer to:

attaching the documentation relating to the complaint dealt with by the company. However, the person making
the complaint has the right to resort to the judicial authority.
3) Information during the life of the contract
If variations relating to the information on the company and/or the contract should occur during the life of the
contractual relationship, the company undertakes to communicate them to the contracting party and also give all
necessary clarifications immediately.
Information on privacy on the techniques of remote communication (ex Art.13 of Legis. Dec. 196/2003)
In accordance with Art. 13 of Legis. Dec. 196/2003 Code on the security of personal data, AGA International S.A. Rappresentanza Generale per l'Italia gives information on the use of personal data and the rights of the contracting
party here below. Our company will acquire (or already holds) some data on the customer, the potential insured, even
collecting data through other subjects, in order to provide services for insurance products the customer bought or of
which he is the beneficiary. The data provided by the customer himself or any other subjects will be processed in order
to manage insurance data with the aim of struggling frauds by AGA International S.A. - Rappresentanza Generale per
l'Italia, entity in charge of the data handling, and by companies in the ALLIANZ S.E. Group and third parties to whom
data will be communicated, in order to provide customer with the information he requested via fax, telephone,
including mobile phones, electronic mail or other techniques of remote communication.
AGA International S.A. – Rappresentanza Generale per l’Italia advises that the personal data will be used only with
methods and procedures strictly necessary to provide services and any information customer requested.
The service cannot be wholly or partially supplied without the personal data.
AGA International S.A. – Rappresentanza Generale per l’Italia will use techniques of remote communication above
mentioned when it will have to communicate certain types of data for the purposes provided by the policy, to
companies working in the same field in Italy and abroad and to other companies in the same Group, in Italy and
abroad.
Some of these people are our direct employees with the role of Treatment Data Manager, or they operate in complete
independence as external suppliers responsible for the data handling of the processing.
In particular, these are people who are part of the Allianz S.E. Group: service companies to which the management,
liquidation and payment of claims are entrusted, IT, telematic or filing service companies and postal service companies
indicated in the same list.
The list of all these people is constantly updated.
The people to whom the personal data acquired refers have the right to obtain the list with the current internal
managers free and easily, check the precision of personal data or ask for the integration, updating, cancellation or
