‘S’ Beam Type Tension Load Sensors
The Hardy Process Solutions HI STS beam type nickel plated alloy tool steel sensor is designed
for low capacity hanging vessels, hoppers, filling machinery and process control. These sensors
feature IP67 ratings, and improved potting makes them suitable for use in industrial environments.
They are available in capacities from 25 lb to 200 lb (11kg to 91kg).
The HI STA is an aluminum S beam available in capacities from 5kg to 20kg (11lb to 44lb).
The sensor is rated to IP67 and features improved potting. The S beam configuration provides
a robust, accurate solution for low-capacity general tension mounted industrial weighing
applications.
Either sensor can be mounted standalone or using threaded rods.
