Specific applications
Based on a standard specification, VEOLINK Advanced Control can be adapted
to any kind of project:
the VEOLINK Advanced Control basis configuration applies to the largest
water treatment plants,
the Stepvue SCADA, based on the most common processes, is dedicated
to the smaller water treatment plants,
the VEOLINK modules, applied to stand-alone process or specific equipment, allow analyzing and data transfer, and can be remotely operated.
All the systems include expertise software allowing:

VEOLINK Star, the second generation of Star system, is the
online control system for improved performance and
energy savings at your wastewater treatment plant –
existing or new.
The structure is based on standardized modules, and yet
can be adapted for any nutrient removal processes. In all
cases, the wastewater treatment plant will benefit from
online control without new construction.
The system:
utilizes online sensors for Dissolved Oxygen, Ammonium, Nitrate and Phosphate to find the best way to
control the existing equipment,

the traceability of the operating data,

Information from labs, analyzers and meter readings, along with operational comments, are entered into the data base to create operating and regulatory reports. The user has instant access to graphical representation of data.
The control panel, with its interactive and easy-touse screens, is dedicated to the control and
optimization of your plant. All the information
needed for your process expertise is included.
A back-up of all the operating data stored by the
SCADA (meters, running time, flows…) is automatically performed in the data base.
Based on the auto-control requirement, the yearly
schedule of lab analysis is automatically created for
all parameters.
Stand-alone or in a network, VEOLINK Data Base
includes a connection to a specific server for an automatic data update, restoration and maintenance.
Based on a user friendly interface to select data,
reliable reports including predefined values (mean,
sum, non-compliance data…) are easily created.
