Non-Metallic Enclosures Type NE (EN)
ITC introduces a new family of enclosures for electrical panels, equipped with hinged cover (solid or transparent),
dimensions (O.D.) from 100x130x70mm (~3.9”x5.1”x2.7”) to 500x700x200mm (~19.7”x27.5”x7.9”). They are
available in two types:
 For indoor use, made of ABS/Polycarbonate, type NE(EN)-PG (solid grey cover) or NE(EN)-PT (transparent
cover);
 For outdoor use, made of reinforced polyester, type NE(EN)-PCG (solid grey cover) or NE(EN)-PCT (transparent
polycarbonate cover).

Manufactured with blend of ABS and Polycarbonate, corrosion-proof and flame-resistant (UL94-5VA), RoHS
compliant;
High resistance to impact;
Operating temperature: -40◦C to +90◦C;
Water resistant. Cover seal is molded inside a groove in the same and cannot be lost: ingress protection IP66;
cUL certified;
Sturdy plastic latches and hinges (the latter have metal pin); Possibility of padlocking the enclosure; Metal
mounting brackets included with each enclosure;
Accessories include metal or plastic mounting back-plates, internal frames and hinged panels.

Non-Metallic Enclosures Type TK
ITC is pleased to introduce its new line of non-metallic enclosures for application in electrical
distribution, telecommunications, industrial control and automation.
Features:










Body made of self-extinguishing, corrosion-free polymer
(Polycarbonate or Polystyrene).
Ample range of sizes available: 14 different formats with
up to 3 cover heights (from 52x50x35 mm to 360x254x165
mm).
Available from stock with grey cover or with transparent
cover.
IP 66 level of protection (NEMA4X) when used with
appropriate cable glands. This means complete
protection from dust, water spray and temporary
immersion.
Enclosures are available with smooth walls, PG
knockouts, or metric (M) knockouts.
Mounting by screws under protective plugs or by screws
under the cover fasteners. Optional external mounting
brackets available.
Can be combined together by means of assembling
grommets, to form multiple enclosures still with IP66
ingress protection.
Accessories hinges, partition walls, internal component
mounting plates, DIN rails, glands and adapters.
CFC-free Polyurethane gaskets are injected on the body,
for a seamless, heat-resistant seal between body and
cover.
Standard colour is Grey (RAL7035). Special colors upon
request. Custom drilling of either body or cover is
available.

polystyrene. They can be used for all applications where electrical components must be
protected against corrosion, liquids, dust, or undue access. These enclosures are available in
14 convenient formats, with up to 3 different cover heights, with either solid grey or
transparent polycarbonate covers. They have no metal parts and are recyclable. Ingress
Protection rating is IP-66. VDE certification and CE-mark. Side panels can be with Pg or
metric (M) knockouts, or solid. Enclosures can be joined together by means of appropriate
“Combi-sets” (see accessories). Upon request, special drilling / cutting of the side panels,
cover or bottom panel is available.
Mounting of our TK-PS enclosures is achieved in three different ways:

using screws under the cover screws: no hole in the main compartment of the enclosure is needed;

using the embossed cutouts in the base of the enclosure (sealing caps provided with each enclosure);

using optional plastic external brackets.
Standard color is grey (RAL 7035). However, special colors are available upon request for orders of sufficient size.

Type EK-UL Distribution and Control Enclosures
ITC is proud to introduce a new line of non-metallic
enclosures, specially designed for housing modular, DIN-Rail
mounted control devices such as circuit breakers, timers, fuse
holders, relays, etc. The particular design of these enclosures
allows access to the top (operation) cover or side of these
devices, under a lockable, transparent hinged cover, while
denying access to the wiring terminals and the live parts of
the system unless the whole enclosure is opened. Made of
flame-retardant, highly resilient polycarbonate (UL-94 V2),
these enclosures are rated IP65 when equipped with cable
glands of same or higher rating (NEMA 12K).










Five sizes available for housing 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24
modular DIN-Rail mounted devices 17.5mm wide.
