Sterilization is carried out with the
autoclave. A standard vertical autoclave
can be used for culture tanks with a 14 L
full capacity. Mild heating and rapid
cooling are feasible with a unique
temperature control structure that flows
cooling water through the pore space of
the double bottom. Bottom stirring by a
magnet-coupling method or top stirring
by a mechanical seal method can be
selected depending on the medium
composition or fungal state. In addition,
various stirring impellers, including one
that produces high KLA and a special
paddle impeller that is excellent at
stirring in a high-viscosity medium and at
low shearing force, are available. The

STEAM STERILIZATION IN PLACE TYPE
Sterilization is carried out by directly infusing steam
into the jacket and tank of the stainless-steel culture
bath (tank).In addition, warm water is circulated
during incubation, and temperature is controlled by
heating with a heater or injecting cooling water.2090 L bench scale (MSJ series) and 100-50,000 L pilotplant scale (MPF series), which are inapplicable and
applicable to first-category pressure vessels,
respectively, are available. A top or bottom double
mechanical seal stirring method can be selected depending on the medium composition and fungal state. In

Heat exchangers are available in two basic types: Coil Type and
Shell & Tube Type.
A sight glass
glass consists of one glass pipe section, one metal frame, a pair
of PTFE bushes and washers and an acrylic cover. Borosilicate pipe
section is highly heat resistant, has excellent chemical resistance and
has low thermal expansion. Metal frame is composed of two
t flanges
which are welded with studs so that the stresses and vibrations of the
pipeline do not transfer to the glass pipe section. Its check nut keeps
the glass pipe section in compression and provides ease in
replacement.
