Sprinkler dust suppression system is actually spraying water pumped through a long pipe work giving an effect of natural rainfall required in a particular area with the help of Sprinklers / RAINGUNS available in various discharge capacity & throw angles. System prevents liftoff of dust from stockpiles and roadways. Water spray over the stock-pile area is produced by sufficient number of sprinklers suitably installed in a ring to cover the entire projected area of the stock pile / roads. The Sprinklers are swiveling type with the provision of change in the swiveling angle & height, as well as spray nozzle angle. (Various model available) The sprinklers break up the water into small droplets simulating natural rainfall.
