The Fibre Optic Active Plug is an electro optical interface connector used in the harsh environment market, where secure data transmission, offering a high level of EMC and EMP protection comes as standard. Amphenol offer the facility to incorporate an electronic conversion module housed within the receptacle or plug backshell, providing coupling directly to the user’s signal interface for different protocols. BLIND MATE / RACK & PANEL SOLUTIONS R39 ARINC 600 The R39 rectangular connector provides high performance in the severe environment demands of military specifications. Its lower profile translates into a smaller space-saving footprint and the new rectangular orientation provides additional installation options. It delivers the same reliable, familiar benefits found in Mil-DTL-38999 Series : Effortless installation, blind push pull mating, scoop-proofrecessed pin design... The inserts offer combinations of Signal, Power, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini. ARINC 600 connectors are recognised standard rack and panel connector for embeeded applications. Compared to the ARINC404, the ARINC 600 features lower mating force contacts, increased contact count and a front release, floating keying system. Amphenol ARINC 600 connectors offers signal, power, coaxial, PC Tails, wire wrap, twinax, differential twinax and Quadrax contacts as well as different optical termini. RNJ & RNJLP SIM RACK AND PANEL CONNECTORS / EN4165 RNJ rack and panel connectors with realignment capability designed for harsh environment in terms of sealing, shocks, vibrations and EMI-RFI protection. RNJ connectors are designed to connect electrical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel). The locking of the mating pair(s) is ensured by the mechanical device of the rack. The RNJLP -the Low Profile version- of the RNJ is designed to match the panel to panel dimensional specifications of Arinc 404 and Arinc 600 providing a very compact rack & panel interconnect solution. RNJLP connectors are available in jam nut and square flange shell configurations. Moreover, RNJLP connectors can withstand differential pressure per design, key point for avionics applications. All Mil-DTL-38999 Series III and additional LPHD -size 23 contacts- insert patterns are available in RNJLP version, including Signal, Power, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini through high performance dedicated inserts for 2,5mm ferules. Amphenol manufacture filtered connectors in cylindrical styles using planar and tubular technology to provide EMI and EMP protection. Standard product is available in MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-C-26482 connector styles. Amphenol also offer a filter design solution for other cylindrical connectors including MIL-DTL-83723, ESC10 and ESC11 styles. Filter adapters are also available to enable filtering to be added to existing interfaces without the need for redesign.
