for a standard magnetics package between
the transceiver and the RJ45. That is why
the RJMAG is a space saver. With the

MIL-C-38999 connectors are designed and approved to meet
the most stringent requirements of the military and aerospace
industry. Within the connector range, Amphenol produce
4 series of connectors. These cover low-profile lightweight
to ruggedised scoop proof connectors. All connectors are
rated at 175°C for olive drab finish and 200°C for electroless

The SurLok non-environmental compression lug is a field
installable, highly reliable alternative to common compression
lugs. An industry standard U-Indent /Clamshell or 4-indenter
crimp tool may be used to perform the termination on the wire,

RADSOK connector. The plastic housing snaps over the
connector and acts as a protective cover. The plastic housing

FCI Pin-in-Paste Product Portfolio
Pin-in-Paste technology (PIP) allows the use of through-hole
product in SMT manufacturing processes. The connectors
are automatically or manually placed on the board and then
soldered in the same operation as the SMT.
Thanks to the Pin-in-Paste technology, the mechanical
strengths of the through-hole technology soldering is
maintained - still an important requirement for connectors
in many industrial or telecom applications.

positioned on the board using automatic pick-and-place
processes (vacuum nozzle or gripper) thanks to an

The I-Trac Backplane Connector System is a broad-side
coupled, skew-equalised design that handles speeds up
to 12.5Gb/s, providing superior impedance control and
lower cross-talk for traditional and orthogonal backplane
applications. The I-Trac backplane system effectively
balances electrical performance, differential-pair density,
mechanical robustness and cost savings to meet
customer application needs. It is designed to support the
telecommunications, data networking and storage markets.
Molex’s I-Trac contact technology allows customers to use
as few as 2.75 contacts per differential channel versus
competitors’ 3 contacts per channel. This reduces the
number of pins required for high-speed channels, thus
lowering the total cost of the connector solution.
I-Trac’s open pin-field design allows customers the flexibility
to assign high-speed differential pairs, low speed signals,
power and ground contacts anywhere within the pin-field.
The broadside-coupling design allows the entire pin-field
to be utilised for high-speed signals. I-Trac is a press-fit,
flexible, mono-block based system with integrated guidance,
power and signals that can be stacked end-to-end to meet
customer pin-count requirements.
