Short Term Notice Inviting Quotation
Sealed percentage rate quotations are hereby being invited on behalf of Board of Governors, NSIT, New Delhi from the eligible Contractors / Specialized agencies for the following work. Quotations must reach in the office of undersigned up to 3.00 PM on 03.06.2016. Quotations shall be opened on the same day at 03.30 PM on Room No.
301, Admn. Block, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi–110078 by Executive Engineer (C)/M.
Name of work:– Supply of Misc. Electrical Items for Electrical Workshop ICE dept at NSIT during the year
2016-17.
Estimated Cost: – Rs. 79,244.00.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): – Rs. 1,585.00 in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft of Scheduled Bank in favour of Director, NSIT.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The work shall be carried out as per CPWD Specifications for Electrical Work (Internal / External–2013).
2. Any damage done to the equipment / building during execution of work shall be on the part of contractor.
3.
No T & P shall be issued to the Contractor.
4.
The Contractor must possess valid Tin No., PAN Card.
5.
Time allowed: Fifteen Days.
6.
Schedule of Quantity: As per Annexure-`A’.
7.
Clause-12 of G.C.C. is applicable for E.I./S.I./Deviation etc.
8.
Recovery will be deducted as per rules.
The tender documents consisting of above can be downloaded from the websites www.delhigovt.nic.in
and the downloaded documents can be used for quoting the tender and these documents shall only be opened subject to fulfillment of following conditions:–
A separate sealed envelope, other than tender, marked as ‘ documents required for tender downloaded from the website ’ containing following documents shall be submitted with the tender:– a) Demand Draft/Pay Order of EMD for the amount as mentioned above in favour of Director, Netaji Subhas
Institute of Technology” of a Scheduled Bank or Nationalized Bank / State Bank guaranteed by Reserve
Bank of India.
Attested copy of all the documents required for eligibility. b)
Tenderer shall submit the tender in sealed envelope. Tenderer who has downloaded the quotation documents from the website shall submit the quotation in two sealed envelopes marked as Envelope-I containing documents mentioned at Terms & Conditions of S. No. 4 alongwith EMD and Envelope-II containing quotation documents downloaded from the web & Price Bid. Both envelopes should be enclosed in a common Envelope-III. In case
Envelope-I is not annexed then Envelope-II containing quotation documents & Price Bid will not be opened at all.
