My Time Dining FAQ's as of: 4/20/09 Q. What is My Time Dining? A. My Time Dining is a dining concept that allows guests flexibility with evening dining in the main dining room. They can decide when they would like to dine between the hours of 6:00­ 9:30 pm (times vary by ship) each evening; much like a regular restaurant. It’s like dining in your favorite restaurant – in the Main Dining Room. Q. Why have My Time Dining onboard? A. This is in response to many of our guests’ request for dining flexibility in the evening. Q. How do guests book My Time Dining? A. Pre­cruise, guests can call into Reservations, reserve online ( www.royalcaribbean.com), contact their travel agent or certified vacation planner. Or guests can sign up onboard during the first two days of the cruise. Pre­cruise reservations are encouraged. Q. What if I have a question about My Time Dining? A. If you have reserved through a travel agent or certified vacation planner please contact them directly. If you’ve reserved online e­mail CruiseEnhancements@rccl.com (please include reservation number and the number of guests in your party). Q. Where will the guests that participate in My Time Dining sit? A. Guests who have signed up for My Time Dining will have their SeaPass card designated with the dining room and deck number. They will be seated in one of the main dining rooms. At the entrance to the dining room, there will be a My Time Dining check­in desk with wait staff to greet guests and to print out their amenities (if any were ordered). Note: My Time Dining is located on deck 5 for most ships excluding Monarch & Majesty which is located on deck 4. Q. Can I make a reservation for My Time Dining? A. Reservations are recommended in order to avoid a delay in seating (reservations will be taken once onboard). Q. What are the advantages to making a reservation for My Time Dining? A. The wait staff will have your table ready for you so can avoid a delay in seating. If you would like a specific waiter or table, they are more likely to be able to accommodate your request with advance reservations (however, please note this is still based on availability). Q. What if I select My Time Dining, and then want to change once I am onboard, to traditional seating? A. Onboard the ship the dining staff will do all possible to accommodate the request, based on availability. Q. How can guest(s) participate in My Time Dining? A. In order to participate, the guest(s) must pre pay their gratuities in advance. Q. Is My Time Dining subject to availability? A. Yes, the seating is capacity controlled. Once My Time is no longer available, it will display as closed within the booking systems and will not allow you to book any additional guests.

Q. How do I book My Time Dining? A. My Time Dining is now a choice within the reservations system. When making a reservation you will be offered “My Time” or specific dining times (ie. 6:30 pm & 8:30 pm). Q. Can groups bookings reserve My Time Dining? A. Yes, we encourage groups to book My Time Dining. While any size group may sign up for My Time Dining, only parties of 20 or less will be seated at one time. Group guests will have their pre­paid gratuities added to their SeaPass account onboard. We suggest daily reservations for larger groups. Q. Can groups traveling together booked FIT (cross referenced bookings) reserve My Time Dining? A. Yes, while any size group may sign up for My Time Dining, only parties of 20 or less will be seated at one time. All guests who reserve My Time Dining must pre­pay their gratuities. Q. Why do I need to pre pay gratuities? A. Due to the fact that in My Time Dining , you are subject to have a different wait team every evening, the gratuities cover you for entire week (as a bonus, it covers your stateroom attendant as well) Q. Who do my prepaid gratuities cover? A. The pre paid gratuities package covers your head waiter, waiter, assistant waiter and stateroom attendant. Q. What if I want to skip the dining room all together one or two evenings? A. You may do as you please, but your prepaid gratuities are a package and will be paid for the entire length of your cruise. Q. Can I pay extra gratuities each evening in the dining room? A. Guests are free to reward their wait staff with an extra tip for excellent service and many guests do. Q. Can I reserve the same table or waiter at the same time in My Time Dining? A. Guests may request a special table or waiter; the dining staff will do all possible to accommodate the request, based on availability. Q. Will the same waiter be available at the same time every night? A. It is not a guarantee that the same waiter will be available at the same time every night. Q. Will my dinner time be limited in My Time Dining? A. We anticipate all courses during any seating to last about two and half hours. My Time Dining however allows you the flexibility you need. Q. How would I know which show to attend in the theater? A. There will be a variety of entertainment in the evening while onboard; you should check your Cruise Compass to find out what works best for you. Q. Will the Wine and Dine Package be available for My Time Dining? A. Yes, the packages are available for guests on My Time Dining. The dining staff will know the guest has a wine package when they check in for My Time Dining. Q. Will there be a change in the way amenities are ordered for My Time Dining? A. There are no changes required for the way amenities are ordered. The ship will know that a guest has an amenity when they check in for My Time Dining.

Q. Can a family in one stateroom, scheduled for My Time Dining, dine at different times? A. Yes, My Time Dining is flexible, you will be seated with whomever you arrive to the dining room with. Q. Is the dinner menu that is served in the Main Dining Room the same for My Time Dining? A. Yes, same menu as traditional seating. New Dining Time Displays within the Reservation Systems FAQ's Q. How will the new dining time choices look within the reservation systems? A. Dining time choices will change from Main or 2 nd seating, to “My Time” and specific times (i.e. 6:30 pm, 8:30 pm My Time). Q. Will there be multiple dining times available? A. Based on ship and itinerary, multiple dining times may be available (i.e. South America itinerary – 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 8:30 pm , 9:00 pm and My Time). My Family Time Dining FAQ's Q. What is My Family Time Dining? A. It’s a new dining option for families. My Family Time Dining aims to help kid’s complete dinner within 45 minutes, freeing parents to enjoy coffee and dessert at their leisure. Q. When is My Family Time Dining available? A. The program is available ONLY during the first seating in the Main Dining Room for sailings starting in July. My Family Time Dining service begins promptly at 6:00 pm. Q. What age group does My Family Time Dining program accommodate? A. For children ages 3­11 years. Q. How can guests sign up for My Family Time Dining? A. Pre­cruise, guests can call into Reservations, reserve online (www.royalcaribbean.com ), contact their travel agent or certified vacation planner. Or guests can sign up onboard in the Adventure Ocean area starting in July. Pre­cruise reservations are encouraged. Q. When does My Family Time Dining start on my cruise vacation? A. My Family Time Dining starts on the second evening onboard. Q. How do children get picked up to go to the Adventure Ocean program? A. Parents will need to escort their children to the designated Main Dining room entrance doors at 6:45 pm to check their child in with the Adventure Ocean counselors. Once checked­in, the Adventure Ocean counselors will then escort their children to Adventure Ocean for ongoing evening activities, while parents can continue to enjoy their dinner. Q. Do children need to be registered in the complimentary Adventure Ocean program in order to participate? A. Yes, parents can sign up onboard in the Adventure Ocean area.

Q. Do I need to sign up in advance for My Family Time Dining? A. Yes, parents can sign up onboard in the Adventure Ocean area if they did not pre­ reserve prior to their cruise vacation. Q. Will everyone at our table receive My Family Time Dining if one child has signed up for this option? A. No, My Family Time Dining is designated only for the specific child who signed up for this option in advance. Only the child will be served dinner within 45 minutes. All other guests sitting at the table will be served within the regular amount of time for dinner.
