2. For Lunar overhead to be mounted on Cetra panel:
The hook-type attachment brackets are right-handed and
left-handed. The flange sides with the hooks orient toward
the outer end of the overhead. Additionally, the doubler
bracket mounts over the inboard face of the main bracket.
The elongated end hook (rhino horn) is oriented towards
the top of the case. All brackets are attached using ¹⁄₄" bolts,
nuts, and washers. Take note of location of mounting holes
and attach bracket and doubler bracket to unit as shown

Field Removal and Installation of Monolithic Tackable Acoustical Tiles
Tools Required
Putty Knife, Utility Knife, Linoleum Roller or similar type roller (Available at most hardware stores.)
Hard plastic applicator (Such as a credit card or small scraper.)
Installation
These instructions apply to Monolithic Tackable Acoustical Panels.
Step 1
Step 2
Remove Existing Tile
• Use a putty knife to pry tile free from “J” channels and existing tape.
• After tile is removed, use a putty knife to scrape away any remaining
fiberglass and PSA still stuck to the panel frame. It may help to “roll”
old tape (PSA) off of metal with finger.
Install New Tile
• Apply PSA, 3M 6038 to Panel Frame as shown. Use the plastic applicator
to press tape firmly against panel frame. See figure below for PSA
application.
• Remove backing paper from adhesive.
• Insert bottom edge of new tile into bottom “J” channel. Ensure that
tile is seated completely against bottom of “J” channel and is centered
evenly. Do not allow tile to contact the adhesive yet.
• Gently bow the tile outward slightly to allow it to slip into the top “J” channel,
making sure that the tile is centered evenly in the top “J” channel.
• Press tile flat against the panel frame, again making sure that it is
centered evenly horizontally and the gap between the tile and side rail
is consistent on both sides from top to bottom.
• With a linoleum roller, or similar type roller, roll the tile where the
adhesive was applied, being careful not to crush the tile and making
sure that the roller stays on the horizontal cross members.
Note: Diagram is for 66" and 80" panels. Same process applies to all
other heights, except there is no upper cross-member to apply PSA.
Apply PSA, 3M 6038 as shown
to both sides of panel
