• Have Rising Edge Designs work closely with your companies
engineers to complete a quality layout.
• We will order prototype boards from the board vendor of your choice.
• We will order the parts needed for assembling as many prototype
boards as your company needs.
• We will assemble your prototypes (IPC-A-610 Certified).
• Rising Edge Designs will deliver fully assembled boards, complete with
any left over bare circuit boards and/or parts.
• All the above can be included in a single quote to simplify your
companies PO generation, by including everything all on one PO.

What files can Rising Edge Designs
provide?
• We can provide a fully complete logical design (designed to
IPC 6012) in PADS, Altium or Orcad (Allegro)
• Schematic recreation in Orcad, Dx Designer or Altium
format (additional cost)
• Complete set of Gerber or ODB fabrication files
• IPC 356 netlist and ascii of complete design (reads into
Valor for DFM)
• Master drawing complete with Stack-up (impedance
controlled as per Rising Edge Designs fabrication standards)
• Paste screens and Pick n Place files
What Rising Edge Design will
require…
• A clean non-populated circuit board (preferred) but a fully
populated one can still be used (additional charges).
• Bill of materials (if possible)
• Any mechanical information that can be supplied
• A second sample board would improve accuracy
• Any information including old plots, DXF, PDF or assembly
files. The more information received, the more cost effective
the re-design, as design regeneration is a manual process.
• All materials will be returned once the design regeneration is
complete
