ICP Mojave Series i DHE Air Dryers ensure the best air quality possible so
your manufacturing process can operate at peak efficiencies and without
downtime losses. Our experienced team has created a series of dryers that
use up to 50% fewer moving parts, “soft switching” valves and a solid steel
frame assembly to ensure structural integrity. All units are equipped with
accurate and dependable Allen-Bradley PLC digital controls, visual indication
of dew point condition and unit status of operation.
AIR QUALITY YOU CAN COUNT ON
The only way to truly and effectively dry compressed air to almost absolute
purity is by the use of adsorption technology. That is, by passing wet
untreated air through a bed of desiccant material where almost all of the
water vapors are removed. This technology is not new, and is recognized as
the ultimate solution to compressed air purification. All ICP Mojave Series
i DHE Dryers are designed to provide a minimum of -40O F/C pressure dew
point. Design inlet conditions are based on CAGI ADF100 standards for
compressed air at 100 PSIG and 100OF (380C) inlet temperature.
E-Z VALVE - SOFT SWITCHING HARD BENEFITS
The exclusive Mojave Series i DHE non-lubricated stainless steel threeway valve is a reliable new concept in dryer control. By staging valve
timing the unit never switches positions against a differential pressure.
This “soft switching” design eliminates the primary cause of premature
valve failure, ensures long valve life, and eliminates costly down time and
maintenance. The E-Z Valve comes with a standard three year factory
warranty.
COMPLETE AIR TREATMENT CENTER
The i DHE is a complete air treatment solution that is provided standard
with oil removal 0.3 - 0.6 micron grade coalescing pre-filter, desiccant
towers for moisture removal and low pressure drop 1 micron particle
removal after filter all in one compact package. Our single point air inlet
and outlet locations and 115 Volt standard outlet connections make
installation a snap. Differential pressure indicators and a pre filter drain
are provided with every dryer. The steel support frame provides unit
integrity so there is no distortion during shipment and installation, and
makes moving, placing and anchoring easy.
CONTROL YOUR AIR WITH LOGIC PRO
When you have a 25-250 HP system, you want machines that you can easily access, communicate with and get up and running
in the shortest time. The i DHE control system is a dependable Allen-Bradley PLC with a four line digital display with text
readouts. The linkage between all aspects of our controls is hard wired and is easily field serviceable.
Controls include run/standby switch, active cycle mode, tower drying indication, tower regenerating indication, run status
and includes tower pressure gauges, moisture indicators and filter differential pressure indication. The unit has a simple run,
standby and reset sequence making start-up, shut-down and mode change a quick 1, 2, 3 process. The cycle control keys allow
the user to adjust operation mode to plant demand and differing air quality needs.
