We continue to support our industry partner organizations, with an evergreen presence at IAEE, IMEX, NACS, SISO and numerous

The Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile
Convention Center, located on the
waterfront in downtown Mobile Bay,
is a state-of-the-art, 317,000 gross
square foot facility that includes
a 100,000 square foot exhibit hall,
42,000 square feet of meeting rooms
and a grand ballroom. Other amenities consist of covered and concealed
loading docks, direct covered access
to 1,800 parking spaces and an
adjacent hotel. In addition to being
functional and affordable, the
center is easily accessible by air
or ground transportation.
The 215,000 square feet Dena’ina
Civic and Convention Center features
over 110,000 square feet of useable
meeting and pre-function space, including an elevated 6,100 square foot
outdoor terrace with majestic Alaskan
mountain views. The Center features
50,000 square foot Exhibit Hall, and
25,000 square foot Ballroom with
floor to ceiling panoramic vistas of the
Chugach Mountain Range. The second
floor consists of over 11,000 square
feet flexible meeting space in an ultramodern, yet Alaskan, venue.
The William A. Egan Civic &
Convention Center offers 35,000
square feet recently benefited from
a recent multi-million dollar revitalization project. The Egan Center
includes a beautiful 19,000 square
foot Ballroom, and features our
most versatile space of them all: the
Summit Hall with over 11,000 square
feet of space that may be configured
into 14 separate breakouts. The Egan
Center’s most prominent feature displays, 25-foot tall Benjamin Ficus live
trees, inside the entirely-glass lobby

cuisine and service options provided
by an award-winning staff. Over 6,000
full service and economy hotel rooms
in the Greater Ontario area, including
2,500 rooms within walking distance
to the Convention Center. Ontario
provides year round outdoor activities and is positioned between LA and
Palm Springs; the ideal hub for all that
Southern California has to offer.
The Palm Springs Convention Center
offers 112,000 sq. ft. of fully carpeted
contiguous exhibit space. The 18,000
sq. ft. lobby features magnificent

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is

Situated along the shores of the
St. Joseph River, Century Center

Mississippi River, the Baton Rouge
River Center expansion has completely transformed downtown Baton
Rouge. The entire complex, including
the 10,000-seat arena and the 1,900seat Theatre for Performing Arts,
as well as the Grand Ballroom and
exhibition hall, includes more than
200,000 square feet. The River
Center’s exhibition hall offers 70,000
square feet of unobstructed floor
space, meeting rooms, concession
and kitchen facilities. The exhibition
hall can be combined with the arena

feet of contiguous exhibit space.
The Pontchartrain Center provides a
flexible, multifaceted alternative site
in Greater New Orleans, including
300,000 square feet of total outdoor
space. Since 1991, we have hosted
more than 300 events annually, including consumer/trade shows, conventions and meetings, sporting events,
concerts, family shows and Mardi Gras
Balls. Nestled on the shores of beautiful Lake Pontchartrain, we are in
