STEVENS ADVANTAGE Base – Wall – Tall
ADVANTAGE

Rigid structural dowel pin construction.
Exteriors in durable high pressure laminate or thermofused
melamine. High strength core materials and balanced
laminate applications.
Dowel pinned structural mounting frames, integrated with
backs, add structural rigidity and 1" full-thru thickness for
high strength wall mounting points.
Backs are captured in cabinet grooves as an integral
component, with hot melt adhesives and mechanical
fasteners applied.
3/4"-thick rigid wide frame base construction increases
horizontal and vertical stability. Wide frame back member
facilitates installation and reduces need for multi location
in-wall blocking.
Full 4-sided drawer design includes 3/4"-thick side
members, dowel pin structural joints, removable front, and
4-sided captured-in-groove laminated drawer bottom.
Standard: 100# dynamic load epoxy slide, with additional
testing under SEFA 6.5. Optional: 120# full extension ball
bearing slide, as tested under ANSI/BIFMA Section 7.
Parting rails between drawers and compartment add
support to drawer and increase cabinet rigidity.
Standard Construction
Easy-clean nonporous thermofused melamine interiors,
pearl or maple woodgrain selections. Color matched open
interiors and matching color interiors available.
Premium strength, twin pin 200# shelf support (Stevens
Original Design). Clear polycarbonate supports with anti-tip
and shelf hold features. Adjustments on 1-1/4" (32mm)
centers.
Commercial “Grade 1” (Stevens Patented) 5-knuckle 270°
hinges. Concealed style hinges and 3K European hinges
also available.
Large grip (Stevens Advantage Design) 128mm pulls.
Essentials, Artisan and Studio designer pull groups.
Impact resistant extrusion flat and 3mm edges.
Heavy large roller catches with (Stevens Exclusive) molded
bumper strike plate.
Dual integral kicks increase cabinet rigidity. Direct-to-floor
sidewall load transfer of upper cabinet loads reduces
bottom joint stresses.
Stevens Advantage countertop work surfaces available in
laminate, solid polymer, epoxy, stainless steel, wood and
custom materials.
