All cash transactions including ATM withdrawals, Visa Checks, balance transfers, and cash advances do not accrue MyRewards Points.
There is no fee to participate in the MyRewards Points Program ("Program")
and you are automatically enrolled.
Every dollar in qualifying purchases, net of returns, earns one (1) point under
the Program. No points are earned for finance charges, any fees, or foreign
transaction currency charges. The maximum possible points that can be
earned during a single billing cycle is 10,000 points. The maximum number of
points that can be earned during a calendar year is 100,000 points. Points expire at the end of the 5th year after which they were earned. For example,
points earned in 2015 will expire on December 31, 2019. Points cannot be
renewed after they expire.
The selection of Gift Cards available for redemption may vary from time to
time depending on their availability.
We reserve the right to change the number of points required for redemption
of a specific dollar value Gift Card without notice. We also reserve the right to
discontinue offering any Gift Card brand without notice.

Redeemed Gift Cards may not be returned to Wescom (used or unused).
Wescom Credit Union will not be responsible in the event a retailer goes out
of business and/or discontinues acceptance of their branded Gift Cards.
Wescom will not be responsible if a merchant makes an error and overcharges on the Gift Card. There are no dispute rights on Gift Cards. Points
have no cash value.
Your credit union and credit card account must be open and in good standing
to earn or redeem points under the Program. When a credit card is closed or
revoked, all points are forfeited.
For your security, gift cards may require a signature confirmation for delivery.
You may also request to pick up your card order at any Wescom branch. To
do so, send an email to cardservices@wescom.org on the day you place your
order. Include your full name and the last four digits of your Platinum Visa
Card along with preferred delivery instructions.
This Program is void where prohibited by law.
Wescom Credit Union reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Program at any time without restriction or penalty. This means that regardless of
a Participant’s level of activity in the Program, the ability to accumulate points
or redeem rewards can be terminated without notice.
Cardholder is responsible for making travel arrangements entirely and
Wescom will not be responsible for any aspect of cardholder’s travel arrangements including any vendor (hotel, car rental agency, cruise line, etc.) that refuses to honor a gift card.
There are no dispute rights on Visa Gift Cards. If an amount is charged on the
card that is greater than the stated value of the card, cardholder will be responsible for the difference, which will be charged to their Visa Credit Card
without notice.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in Program communications is accurate. The Program reserves the right to correct such errors
at any time.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and they are not replaceable if lost or stolen. If
your points balance becomes negative due to a duplicate redemption or a purchase return, we may charge your Visa account for the value of gift cards you
redeemed within the prior 90 days. For information about participating merchants, call Wescom Credit Union at 1-888-493-7266. When you place an order
online, points will be withdrawn from your MyRewards Points balance. Please
print the order confirmation screen in case you have questions about your order
at a later date.
Certain terms and restrictions may apply. Two IMAGINE THAT! fees are waived
for Platinum Signature Members and one fee is waived for Signature
Members on an annual basis. You can update your Visa Credit Card or
Check Card with a new image every six months. You must have the
rights to use the submitted image. Wescom reserves the right to
decline images for any reason .

High-Value Points: MyRewards Points allow

Charitable Contributions: If you prefer to give rather than receive,
contribute your points to the WeCare Foundation, the Wescom
Credit Union employee-run charitable organization. To do so, log
on to eBranch at www.wescom.org. Contributions must be made in
1,000-point increments, with a minimum of 1,000 points. Point
contributions are not tax-deductible.
The high-usage bonus includes:
• 1,000 annual bonus points automatically added to your
account.
• Automatic renewal of 1,000 expiring points. If you have
fewer than 1,000 expiring points, your expiring points
balance will be renewed for another five (5) years.
Qualifying for the High Usage Bonus: Complete at least ten
(10) Visa transactions a month, or 120 transactions in a calendar year to receive these special benefits. You’ll qualify for
high-usage bonus eligibility on the first day of each year. Account reviews for the previous year take place in January.
Members who satisfy the requirements for the high-usage
bonus will receive 1,000 bonus points by January 31.
