KMPLANDKPLDIRECTON-LINESTARTERS
KMPL9, KMPL12, KMPL16, KMPL18, KMPL22, KPL9, KPL12, KPL16, KPL18, KPL22
They are mainly used for start-up, overload protection and
switch-offofelectricmotorsandalsoforotherloads.Acontactorandacorrespondingbimetalrelayarebuiltintheenclosure
of degree of protection IP55. They are switched on with the
ONpushbuttonandswitchedoffwiththeOFFpushbutton.The
mushroompushbuttonfunctionsasanemergencystoppushbutton.
Corresponding back-up fuses should be built in a circuit in
frontofanautomaticcontactorfortheprotectionagainstshort-
circuit.TheKPLstartersarenotprovidedwithoverloadprotection,whileKMPLstartersare.
