a61-5XR has two machine pallets. One is for 4--axis (X、
Y、
Z and B) machining, and the other is for 5- axis (4-axis with NC rotary table) machining.
This facilitates easier machining and reduces the number of machining operations and fixtures used.

This new concept pallet system enables efficient 5-axis machining with minimal risk of interference.
While a 5-axis machining center can machine multiple faces in one
with many through holes that can be used to hold workpieces by using
chucking, it requires innovative workpiece fixturing. The use of vises or
bolts inserted from the back side of the pallet. This facilitates quick work-
clampers to hold workpieces may result in interference with spindle or
piece fixturing without any need to prepare special-purpose jigs, and it

“Vacuum circuit for the 5XR table" and a "vacuum circuit for 1-face angle
plate" ensure a vacuum supply at all times even while machining.
