steel grooming/bathing tubs. Has everything you'll need for your
plumbing installation. (Economy Kit.) This kit includes:
• Chrome faucet with 4" centers • Water conserving sprayer head
• 3/8" coiled hose • 1-1/2" diameter PVC trap with three wing nuts
• 3-1/2" diameter chrome drain with "Spin-n-Lock" technology

The spray head has a hold-down lever and shuts off completely when

• Net 30 days, after credit approval. QualServ Corporation reserves
the right to block or revoke any account that is consistently delinquent.

PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All quotes issued for custom fabrication are valid for 30 days.
SHIPPING
F.O.B. will be Columbia, SC or Fort Smith, AR. We will determine the least expensive method
of shipping and add the expense to the bill, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.
CUSTOM-ORDER ITEMS
All non-stock, non-standard items are manufactured on a per order basis. These items are
NOT returnable and may NOT be cancelled once engineering/manufacturing is in process.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
QualServ Corporation will do it's best to accommodate changes to orders. Please be aware that
changes may affect the ship date depending on the date of the request and that a change order
fee will be assessed. Custom order items cannot be changed without additional costs.
RETURNS
All return requests must be received within 10 days of receipt of the product. Item returns will
only be accepted with the prior authorization of QualServ and issuance of an RMA number.
All returns received without return autorization will be refused and returned to the customer at
their expense. If necessary, contact Customer Service to discuss and arrange return of items.
STOCK
We maintain stock of items based on our sales demands. For custom fabrication or for items
not stocked due to low demand, lead times may apply. Call for availability and delivery times.
We will stock any item upon request if warranted by demand.
PRODUCT CHANGES
QualServ Corporation reserves the right to make changes to any item or product or to
discontinue any product without notice.
LIMITED WARRANTY
QualServ Corporation warrants our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified for a specific product.
Any products found to be defective will be repaired, replaced or a credit issued for the sale price.
