Ensure power is not on before installing fixture. 2. Fixture is intended to be installed over a standard electrical gang box or junction box by qualified personal OR state qualified electrician per electrical codes. 3. Wire fixture per instructions listed below. LINE VOLTAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Fixture requires a 4 inch by 4 inch electrical gang box/junction box that is a minimum 2.25 inches deep to be preinstalled into wall, with line voltage wiring in place. 2. Install anchors into wall (by others) for #10 screws. Anchors MUST be level, centered with opening in wall, 5 inches on center. 3. Assembly mounting hardware and gasket provided with fixture as shown prior to wiring fixture. 4. Connect White, Black and Ground wires to proper mating wires using wire nuts or other approved method. Connections must meet all electrical codes. 5. Install screws provided into anchors, ensure screws are fully tightened. 6. Inspect fixture after installation. Fixture must be level for proper performance. Gasket must fill any gaps to protect from moisture and debris. Step 1: Align fixture over previously installed electrical gang box/junction box, ensuring it is centered and fully covering opening. Use mounting plate as a template to mark locations for wall anchors (by others). Check markings for level. Lighting fixture must be level for proper performance. Use appropriate anchors for mounting conditions. The Architectural Wall Mount fixtures are designed for #10 Counter Sink Screws. View shows fixture properly placed, Covering opening, centered and level. Electrical gang box / junction box. Must comply with all electrical codes Use mounting holes as template for marking drill locations. Step 2: Install anchors into wall (by others) for #10 screws. Anchors MUST be level, centered with opening in wall, 5 inches on center. Use appropriate anchors for mounting conditions. Prior to drilling confirm drill spots are level and centered with opening Use appropriate anchors for mounting conditions (not provided). Fixture is designed to work with #10 counter sink screws. Step 3: Install #10 counter Step 4: After gasket has been assembled then sink mounting screws into fixture and gasket as shown prior to wiring fixture. connect white, black and ground wires to incoming supply wires using wire nuts or other approved method. Connections must meet all electrical codes. Step 5: Tighten screws into wall anchors. Use caution that wires do not get pinched, ensuring they are properly placed inside electrical box. Fixture will be provided with an “UP” indicator label for proper installation. Remove label once installed. Remove label once fully installed. Step 6: Fully inspect fixture. Check that fixture is level. Check for any exposed or pinched wires. Verify gasket is fully compressed and sealing against wall. If any gaps are present then caulk or sealer may need to be added. Failure to properly seal fixture and wall may result in serious injury and/or damage to fixture.
