It is integrated with single-phase Energy Measurement Unit, 8051 MCU core, Power Supply , RTC ,PLL,JTAG debug function etc. RTC module can compensate every second. ATT7035 can provide a integrated solution with single chip for single-phase multi-functional energy meter. Working Voltage: 2.7V – 3.6V. Working Temperature: -40℃~85℃. ATT7035 is less than 0.1% error on active energy over a dynamic range of 3000 to 1, support the accuracy criteria of Standard IEC62053-21、IEC62053-22 and IEC62053-23. Internal Reference Voltage: 1.25V± 3%(Temperature Coefficient: ±25ppm/℃). ATT7035 has three ADC channels; supports single-phase 2 wires and single-phase 3 wires; supports anti-tampering whose threshold can be set up.
