Introduction:
ATT7022E is a multi-function and high-precision 3-phase energy metering IC, which is suitable for 3-phase
3-wire and 3-phase 4-wire.
 ATT7022E incorporates 7 second-order sigma-delta ADC, reference circuitry and all signal processing
required calculating power, energy, RMS data, power factor and frequency. It is suitable for measuring
active power, reactive power, apparent power, active energy and reactive energy for each phase and 3
phase combined; it is also suitable for measuring current RMS, voltage RMS, power factor, phase and
frequency. It’s qualified for 3-phase multi-functional and multi-rates energy meter. For detail definition,
please refer to the sections of parameter and register.
 ATT7022E supports software calibration for gain, phase. Two pulses for active and reactive power (CF1,
CF2) can be used directly to calibrate error. Refer to related section for detailed calibration method.
 ATT7022E provides two kinds of apparent energy output: RMS apparent energy and PQS apparent
energy. CF3 could be used as apparent energy pulse output.
 ATT7022E provides fundamental wave measurement: fundamental wave active power, fundamental
wave active energy, fundamental wave current, voltage RMS. CF4 could be used as instantaneous
fundamental wave output for calibration.
 ATT7022E provides SPI port to transfer data to and from host MCU for all measuring result and
calibration data. Refer to related sections for detailed SPI reading and writing method.

Introduction: Pin assignment of ATT7022D is compatible with ATT7022C, also is the software.
ATT7022D can output all the metering parameters, and MCU just need to process the communication
and manage the multi-function meter. ATT7022D provide a solution for multi-function 3-phase energy meter
with most functions and simplest design, which can guarantee the precision and reliability because of the internal
DSP calculating parameter directly.

1S-class meter. CF1 pulses for active power can be used directly to calibrate error.
 ATT7030C has power supply monitor circuitry to guarantee performance when power on and off.
 When the sample voltage of current channel is 100mv with rated current (Ib) inputting, ATT7030C can
be startup above 0.12%Ib and be no-load under 0.08%Ib with startup value setting as 0.1% (0.09% in
ATT7030A).

Introduction:
ATT7021B/C is a kernel chip of electronic energy meter. The electronic energy meter which used
ATT7021B/C can be simple in circuit designing, and also has high performance of reliability, linearity and
stability. It is suitable for single-phase 2-wire and single-phase 3-wire.
ATT7021B/C is a high precision integrated circuit, whose technical indication is higher than GB/T
17215(equivalent to IEC1036). It used digital circuit in all processing except ADC and reference, which guarantee
a high precision and stability in awful environment. Pin F1 and pin F2 output mean active power in low frequency
to drive counter or communicate with MCU. Pin CF outputs instantaneous active power to calibrate error or
communicate with MCU.
ATT7021B/C is an upgrade edition of ATT7021 with .35um manufacture, lower consumption and better
stability.
The pin assignment of ATT7021B/C is compatible with ATT7021 and ADE7755.
Compared to ATT7021, ATT7021B/C is better in follows:
1. Lower Consumption. The typical consumption of ATT7021B is 3.3 mA.
2. Consistency of VREF is better, including middle value and temperature coefficient. Typical: 25ppm.
Maximum: 50ppm.
3. Maximum signal voltage enhanced from 470mV to 660mV.
The difference between ATT7021B and ATT7021C:
B costs more in testing when producing, and its quality is better.

Block Diagram:
Introduction:
ATT7035 is a multi-function and high-precision single-phase energy metering SOC. It is integrated with
single-phase Energy Measurement Unit, 8051 MCU core, Power Supply , RTC ,PLL,JTAG debug function etc.
RTC module can compensate every second. ATT7035 can provide a integrated solution with single chip for
single-phase multi-functional energy meter. Working Voltage: 2.7V – 3.6V. Working Temperature: -40℃~85℃.
ATT7035 is less than 0.1% error on active energy over a dynamic range of 3000 to 1, support the accuracy
criteria of Standard IEC62053-21、IEC62053-22 and IEC62053-23. Internal Reference Voltage: 1.25V±
3%(Temperature Coefficient: ±25ppm/℃). ATT7035 has three ADC channels; supports single-phase 2 wires
and single-phase 3 wires; supports anti-tampering whose threshold can be set up. Three ADCs synchronous
sampling waveform data can be provided, also is RMS of three channels. Current sampling channel can support 4
grade gain adjustment, diverter and current transformer can be direct connected. ATT7035 supports power offset
and RMS offset calibration.
