Change in subassembly manufacturing site; form/fit/function for CPSM series

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: The subassembly manufacturing location is being changed from Juarez, Mexico to a subcontracted location in Asia, and the trim&form/packaging operations will remain in the Juarez, Mexico facility. Resistance values above 100 ohms will have a metal oxide resistive material in lieu of a wirewound resistive material (maximum resistance value for CPSM03 will be 100 ohms and for CPSM05 will be 33k ohms). E-24 decade values will be standard resistance values available, although others may be available upon request. Small dimensional differences are noted in cross-reference file linked below.

CLASSIFICATION OF CHANGE: Assembly Site, Form/Fit/Function

REASON FOR CHANGE: Due to decreasing volumes, need for lower costs to remain competitive, and space constraints with other ongoing business operations, most of the equipment required to build this product is being eliminated. Those parts of the operation being affected by this change will be subcontracted.
