Brushless DC Motor-Drives EnduraMax 75i Series Brushless Integrated Motor-Drives 75 mm (2.95-inch) BLDC Motor with Integrated Digital Drive Allied Motion’s EnduraMax 75i series motors are 75 mm (2.95 in) diameter brushless DC motors incorporating integrated drive electronics intended for torque, speed and/or position control in applications such as valve actuators, rotary and linear actuators, conveyor drives, AGV vehicle traction or steering, and similar commercial/industrial applications. The cost-effective EnduraMax 75i is a compact, high power density motor with an integrated digital drive. Compared to a brush DC motor, the Enduramax 75i features quieter operation, longer life, and no need of brush maintenance, making it the right choice to replace DC motors in equipment modernizations or new designs. Continuous rated torque of up to 1.3 Nm (190 oz-in) and rated speed of up to 5150 RPM All-digital integrated drive for precise, drift-free motor control Command inputs: ±10 VDC, 4-20mA (or via optional CANopen or Modbus communication bus) Integrated magnetic encoder (4096 cpr) for excellent position control PC-based IN Control HMI software simplifies drive setup and tuning RS-232 setup port Programmable I/O: 6 inputs and 3 outputs Position indexing capability via communications bus or input trigger Drive electronics protection, including reverse voltage IP50 protection level Standard EnduraMax 75i winding voltage choices are 12, 24 and 48 VDC, Automotive-class drive system protection (over-voltage, voltage making these motor-drives particularly reversals) suited for battery-fed applications. Class F (155 °C) rated winding (Alternate winding voltages available via special order.) The E75i provides Options & Accessories continuous shaft power up to a nominal 9 or 10 mm diameter shaft 370 W and rated torque of up to 1.3 Nm. Integral holding brake Options for the EnduraMax 75i include Connectorized cable sets an integral holding brake and CANopen Tailored winding designs to or Modbus communication bus. As optimize performance always with Allied Motion products, Sealed ball bearings custom design versions are available to Stainless steel shaft exactly match application requirements.
