2000 Series Apparatus Bushings, 5 kV
Thru 46 kV Class, are designed for use
in both liquid filled transformer and

The 2000 Series Apparatus Bushings
are constructed of C110 electrolytic
grade copper with silver brazed connections for maximum conductivity.

The H-J International “Dual
Mount” Liquid Level Indicator is
composed of a dial face with min.
and max. markings. The internal
float and external indicator are
separated by a solid hermetic seal
and are linked and operate by means
of a magnetic field, eliminating any
possibility of leaking. The dial face
has a black background with white
indicator and characters for clear
visibility.

amp loadbreak switch is designed for

a two position on/off switch available

CT Junction Blocks are offered in up to
75 lead configuration. Several body
styles are available including internally
and externally clamped. Variable lead
lengths with end terminations if required
are available.
The Central Moloney Components
“Drip Shield” for bayonet fuse holders
meets all ANSI , CEA and CSA
Standards. The “Drip Shield” is used to
collect residual oil resulting from the
extraction of the bayonet fuse. Available
with or without absorbent pad for oil
retention.
The Terminal Block is primarily used in
distribution transformers as an
intermediate termination between the
coil lead and high voltage bushings lead.
High voltage Terminal Blocks are
available up to 200KV BIL.

Sampling Device has a protective cap. When cap
is removed, fitting on drain outlet controls flow
for taking a coolant sample. Coolant sample may
be taken directly from sampler or a hose extension
(tubing) may be attached to the 5/16" male thread
on the end of the fitting. Parts machined from
rod brass. Inlet is 3/8" thread.
Same as 84363-C except inlet thread is ½”.

hose bib for tubing connection.
Spring loaded, self-closing sampling device with a
protective cap. Prevents inadvertent flow,

operating cap or tool.

ERMCO Components, Inc. internal oilimmersed secondary circuit breakers are
designed for use as part of a protection
package for either single or three phase
distribution transformers.
The Breaker On Bracket (BOB) is a
completely assembled breaker operating
kit designed to provide the transformer
manufacturer with simpler design and
assembly as well as providing the utility customer a solution to the most common complaint associated with secondary breakers.
The breaker on bracket consists of a
breaker mounted to a rigid steel bracket
together with the operating handle and
linkage. The package comes completely
assembled and adjusted from the factory.
One catalog number covers everything;
no other components are required. When
a signal light is used with any given
breaker, it will need to be ordered separately. In addition, the light will require
a separate hole in the transformer tank
wall.
Installation in the transformer is simple
and quick. The breaker and bracket is
secured to the tank interior by means of
the operating handle that passes through
the tank wall. The bracket is designed
to rigidly mount the breaker in a fixed
position relative to the operating handle.
This assembly eliminates the engineering effort to lay out the transformer in-
terior to insure the breaker is properly
positioned. It also eliminates the time
spent adjusting the breaker linkage on
the transformer assembly line because
these adjustments are set at the breaker
factory.

tap changing of distribution
transformers.
The tap changer switch cap is removed
and reversed to make the cap an

switch allows rapid changing of the
transformer voltage. The switch
reconnects parallel transformer
windings in series, resulting in a
higher winding ratio. The switch
eliminates the necessity to take the
transformer down and open the tank
to reconnect the coil leads.
