Scrutinizing Committee
takes place at the level
of MS, DPCC for the
“orange category” only.
Then it is sent to “Consent
Management Committee”
after detailed discussion

At this level, recommendations of Scrutinizing
Committee is discussed. The recommendations are
approved and if any short coming is found then is
sent back for clarification.
The clarification is carried by CMC engineers either
by calling the details from the units or by inspection
and put again to Scrutinizing Committee and then to
CMC.
CMC issues the minutes of recommendations and
after approval from the Chairman, approved consents
are issued

Laboratory Test
1.
Online laboratory test request for Air, Water & Noise other empanelled labs will
also be connected shortly.
2.
There are 211 activities and in each activity test report is required either for Air or
Water or Noise. Applicant can select one or more activity but the most stringent
passing values (max. and min.) for all unique parameter of different activities is
selected by the software.
3.
Once the analysis is complete and the result is generated by the system, applicant
can see the report through their login and password.
