Scrutinizing Committee takes place at the level of MS, DPCC for the “orange category” only. Then it is sent to “Consent Management Committee” after detailed discussion 1. 2. 3. At this level, recommendations of Scrutinizing Committee is discussed. The recommendations are approved and if any short coming is found then is sent back for clarification. The clarification is carried by CMC engineers either by calling the details from the units or by inspection and put again to Scrutinizing Committee and then to CMC.
