Electric, Plumbing, Rigging and Technical Services are provided exclusively by the Orange County
Convention Center. Our utility services are sure to cover all of your requirements, from floor to ceiling.
Rigging from the steel in the exhibit halls virtually eliminates the need for lifts, keeping your show floor
clear for efficient move in and out. Technical services include architectural lighting control, audio, video
and signage infrastructure.

FedEx Office Business Center is the exclusive business center for all convention participants, offering
full-service printing of conference materials, production of vinyl banners/signs, Internet access and
faxing. Complete packing, shipping and receiving services are also available.
Mobility services and solutions are also available via FedEx Office. From electric scooter, wheelchair
and oxygen rentals for Attendees to state-of-the-art personal transporters for Show Managers and
Event Planners, convenience and quality are assured when moving around the Orange County
Convention Center.
Smart City, the Center’s exclusive provider of Internet, telecommunication and marquee digital signage
services, provides facility-wide Ethernet access, the country’s largest Wi-Fi convention network, custom
LAN/WAN design and support, as well as multiple technology-driven branding opportunities. Via a
proprietary fiber installation, Smart City offers OCCC events the capability of bridging connectivity to
surrounding hotels. Our network uses large format digital displays in high traffic areas to enhance your
event’s footprint and deliver custom messaging to attendees. Whether it’s a social media feed, targeted
advertising, or sponsored dynamic content…the digital impression options are endless. Integrating
superior IT solutions behind-the-scenes with brilliant visual communication tools, Smart City provides a
full suite of event technology solutions.
LMG, Inc. is the on-site preferred audiovisual provider for the convention center, with a reputation for
providing expert technical support and a range of services that includes video projection, LED walls,
plasma rentals, teleprompting, audio packages, and lighting systems.
By combining high-end presentation expertise, on-site convenience, and dynamic experience in general
session, breakout room, and exhibitor support, LMG delivers the best technical solutions and customer
service available in the industry.
Bags (Baggage Airline Guest Services) offers premium “front door services” designed to raise the bar
on quality and convenience. Bags combines a full-service, multi-airline, remote Skycap operation and
baggage and coat-check services, with a first-class valet service, giving attendees the freedom to
focus on their event.
